DO NOT BRONG YOUR CHILD HERE. We were running late for an appointment (our fault) so I called…read moreright at the scheduled time and asked if it was still okay to drive there for the appointment. the receptionist told me there was a 15 minute grace period and as long as we were within that we were good. So we wasted gas driving there and I was standing in front of this woman within that grace period. She told me unfortunately because it was almost the end of the grace period we had to reschedule. I mentioned that I had called and been assured it was fine within 15 minutes and that the 15 minutes was not up. And she shrugged. Then when we rescheduled we saw the dr and we needed two prescriptions filled for our son for two different purposes. I noticed only one was filled. I called to ask why and they said the appointment was for one at a time. The asthma meds were filled but if I needed the other filled i had to bring my son to a second appointment. This was not at all what the doctor said at the appointment originally. It was nothing but problems with these people.

Dr Barker is an incredible, caring, present doctor at appointments and very informative with plans…read more& treatments. She answers all of our questions and listens to concerns. We highly recommend her to other families who are in search of a pediatrician. Specifically those families who need answers about food allergies & MSPI. She has been an incredible resource and we are so thankful for her & her extraordinary caring staff!

Avoid This Clinic at All Costs…read more If you are considering becoming a patient here--or are already one--look elsewhere. Our family has been with Complete Children's Health for over a decade. Our youngest has been a patient since birth. Despite our long-standing relationship, we've been repeatedly lectured about COVID vaccines at nearly every visit. Vaccine decisions are deeply personal and should be left to the parents--not pushed by medical staff with an agenda. No one should be pressured, guilted, or shamed into making medical decisions they're not comfortable with. Our children are healthy. They do not suffer from chronic illnesses, and we do not believe in scheduling arbitrary or unnecessary appointments just to satisfy a clinic's policy. Yet Complete Children's Health enforces a rigid and unreasonable requirement: yearly physicals for every child or the patient is deactivated. That's not just inconvenient--it's unethical. This is the kind of profit-driven policy that contributes directly to the healthcare crisis in our country--padding insurance billing with unnecessary visits, inflating healthcare costs, and driving up premiums for everyone. Even worse, when our children actually needed care--for ear infections, sinus issues, or other routine concerns--we could rarely get a timely appointment. The wait was often days or even a full week. Instead, we were forced to turn to telehealth services or urgent care clinics that were more responsive and effective. So, why didn't we comply with their policy of frequent checkups? Simple: they weren't available when we needed them, and when they were, they pushed unnecessary visits rather than prioritizing actual care. We are done. We will be finding a practice that puts patient health and parental rights before billing quotas and insurance kickbacks. Choose a clinic that values trust, access, and ethical care--not one that treats your children like numbers on a spreadsheet.

I will never return to this doctor. I felt shamed, disrespected, and like I needed to get my son…read moreout of there as fast as possible. We were new to town and needed a pediatrician. I took my two year old son to Dr. Koch for a well-visit check up. My son cried in this new place and at the stranger doctor. I would think many two year olds are fearful of doctor offices as they relate them to vaccinations. At that age, they get shots nearly every visit so it is understandable my son was scared and crying. Dr. Koch, however, was not understanding at all. He told my son to stop crying, put him in a time out in the corner on the floor of the exam room, and proceeded to give me unsolicited parenting tips about how he raises his kids. He went on and on about his philosophy of time outs and said nothing medically pertinent about my son. He had the "my office, my rules" mentality. Meanwhile my son sat in his diaper on the floor, confused, scared, and wanting me. I felt like a horrible mother and I will never go back there. My son was crying, that's it. It's not his place to discipline my son. Period. If you can't handle some tears or noise from a child, don't be a pediatrician.

So thankful to Dr. Koch and his team for providing the very best care. From the front desk, to the…read morenurses, to the physicians-they are all great! They are easy to reach when one of our children is sick, they are great about getting us in when we really need it, and most of all they take their time with us when we are there. After years of struggling to find answers and solutions I was referred to Alivation. I can't begin to describe how much they have helped me. I came here thinking it was new and that Dr Duffy had been out of business due to past overdoses in my family and friends. I had no choice but to meet with him my first appointment I told him my 20mg of Adderall was too much when I took it before my previous pregnancy and so he gave me Vyvanse 30mg. What since does that make. Are you trying to kill me?
