The dismissiveness and lack of concern for the children of our future is alarming. The director seems burned out and unable to show empathy or care for the students. My child was pushed onto the ground on several occasions, pantsed and also mentioned that the teachers did not "watch" closely. When I sent a letter stating all of my concerns (end of care letter) THE DIRECTOR did not call nor did she reach out to even hear what happened with my child, DISAPPOINTING to say the least. My child was simply removed. There was also a video posted on Facebook by the teacher with a child groping himself and rubbing his body against my child. I had to call to have the video taken down because they didn't watch the video carefully before posting it. I waited a whole month and have not heard anything. Please avoid this place. The head teacher and director are not passionate and it will reflect on your children.

I stood there for five minutes trying to find the number for that daycare online to call somebody and every number I found was disconnected so I walked into the daycare and screamed for somebody to go and get this child that someone obviously left outside for God knows how long because the baby was screaming and crying and all by herself out there! Somebody forgot this child outside y'all!!! My heart is in my stomach right now and my blood pressure is through the ROOF but I'm telling all of y'all right now if you got a kid at little wildcats daycare you better find them somewhere else to go! I was not informed about the rash instead I was told he had a good day. HOW?? When he was left in a dirty diaper for hours!!! When I inform the director she said " The dirty rash was already there and it was caused by him wearing big pants." WHATTTT! I ensure the rash was not there the night before because I have pictures and vidoes of him when I was showering him the night before! Then you get attitude from the teacher when you ask why they didn't console your crying child. Even the director didn't care about the situation. My child also contracted hand foot and mouth disease from them and nothing was done about it. No notice no apology no reassurance of cleaning practices! They are wonderful to my kiddos and I am forever grateful to them for helping my son fall in love with school. i am really disliking this school already and we are only in day three. Fist they call two hours…read moreahead to inform that orientation is in two hours and not that evening as originally informed. mind you it's a work day and I don't understand how they expect parents to get of work with a two hour notice. so we are already starting off on the wrong foot. Second my child is arriving after the first day stating he was only given crackers and apple sauce. No other food provided all day and he doesn't eat apple sauce. Second day I pick my child up and they put him in the car with wet pants. I asked him what happened and he was very specific he peed on his blue bed during nap. We have provided not one but three sets of clothes in the event of an acciden. Why was he left in his wet pants till 2:45 pick up? All he mentioned is being told to be quite. No play time, No stories. Nothing. At drop off he has a melt down every day and there has been no betterment. We are already considering having him removed and reporting the facility to be inspected.

THANK YOU, To Hall academy. My son has been attending for almost 2 years and has learned SO much. They're definitely going over and beyond for the kids. Plus they plan nice field trips and school events and always keep the parents involved. Putting your child in daycare can be a scary process, but with Hall academy they make the process so smooth and easy. Honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I can honestly say within these two years I've never walked in & NOT been greeted or could tell a staff member was having a bad day by giving attitude. It's always Goodmorning,& good vibes. Y'all are doing amazing! & that's what matters the most.
