The dismissiveness and lack of concern for the children of our future is alarming. The director seems burned out and unable to show empathy or care for the students. My child was pushed onto the ground on several occasions, pantsed and also mentioned that the teachers did not "watch" closely. When I sent a letter stating all of my concerns (end of care letter) THE DIRECTOR did not call nor did she reach out to even hear what happened with my child, DISAPPOINTING to say the least. My child was simply removed. There was also a video posted on Facebook by the teacher with a child groping himself and rubbing his body against my child. I had to call to have the video taken down because they didn't watch the video carefully before posting it. I waited a whole month and have not heard anything. Please avoid this place. The head teacher and director are not passionate and it will reflect on your children.

I used to be an employee there, so this perspective comes from firsthand experience. The children are out of control. They are violent, aggressive, they do not listen to anyone. Other children were constantly treated the same way. I have seen the children completely destroy the classroom and refuse to clean up. The children are a danger to themselves and to others, yet there are no consequences for their actions. The parents don't do anything, the director doesn't do anything, management doesn't do anything. What they care about is money, which is absolutely despicable when it comes to the welfare of children. It didn't matter how many incident reports I wrote, how many behavioral infractions a child committed, there were absolutely no consequences. There is absolutely no support for the staff or the children. We were constantly understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. I reported behaviors to the new director and was told we were being dramatic and her previous center was worst. We had many children with special needs, yet no special needs resources or teachers. Children with autism, behavioral and emotional problems who acted out, etc. were all placed in a regular classroom, many times with just one teacher. There was no way to control or cater to the needs that many of the children required, which led to an unsafe environment. This place genuinely needs to be shut down. It is not a safe or healthy environment for children. It is run by people who do not care about their employees or the children. Davina you should be ashamed of allowing the safety of children to be jeopardized all because you want money, you should be ashamed of allowing your employees to withstand the abusive work environment, you should be ashamed of providing zero support or protection for your staff and for the children. Incident exposure: exposing their genitals and using the restroom anywhere in the facility. Inappropriate conduct and exposure concerns: Students are engaging in unwanted physical contact with each other. Violence: Students are permitted to physically harm others by hitting, biting, kicking, or throwing objects at fellow students and staff without facing consequences. This poses a risk to the safety of the facility. On May 2, 2025, the Assistant Director Harley left a child unsupervised in the classroom while claiming to need help finding the missing child. Additionally, Davina permits parental physical abuse of children on site. The lead teacher Brianna for the baby room also demonstrates inadequate supervision by frequently remaining at the doorway instead of actively attending to infants and toddlers. Davina you're a deceitful lazy, liar. Who throws rocks and hides her hands. In case I didn't make it abundantly clear enough, do not send your children here, And most importantly do not work here. She would constantly degrade her employees that weren't her favorites or her best friends. I first started out in the 1 year old room and it wasn't great but also wasn't terrible. I was by myself with 8 children (which is in ratio) and when I would need a bathroom break, she or the assistant director would RARELY relieve me or they would tell me they asked someone else to do it... when they NEVER DID. When I needed help, there was no help given whatsoever. When I was promoted to assistant pre-k teacher, all hell broke loose. She suddenly had a different change in mind towards me for no reason. She acted like I had no idea what I was doing and would constantly degrade me and made sure I felt worthless and like I couldn't do my job. She has yelled in my face in front of other children, employees, and PARENTS. There was one specific child that gave us issues in the classroom and he would constantly run out of the classroom, hit, kick, punch, BITE, spit, and completely destroy the classroom. The few times she would come and "help" us is to just sit there and yell at me to grab him before he ran out of the room when it stated in the policy we are not allowed to touch the children in the pre k classroom. So, when he did run out of the room she chased after me and yelled at me directly in my face for "not doing my job and that I'm supposed to grab him" in front of other coworkers. Not to mention that child bit the other teacher in the classroom so severely to the point she was dripping blood. The day after it happened it got very infected and she had to go to urgent care and the director did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except "suspend him" for 1 day. The new district manager also did absolutely nothing about this as well as the head of pre k. These people do not give a shit what happens to their employees. I also got written up for removing that same child out of the classroom to try and calm him down from kicking, punching, and spitting on other children while they were trying to learn and also get away from him. This happened multiple times throughout my employment there. The kids were so terrified of this child and the other parents were furious at felicia for not doing anything about it that 3 parents pulled their child from the classroom. The amount of parental complaints were astounding to me. Also, parents have called corporate on this specific child and they did NOTHING except tell us to remove him from the situation. And when we tried to move him away from the situation it would turn into him screaming at the top of his lungs, spitting at me, kicking and punching me so hard that I have had multiple bruises. This specific child also had an IEP and was in a type of special ed class at the elementary school which at childcare network, 98% of the staff is not equipped with the knowledge on how to handle those specific situations. All Felicia had to do was turn him away from here to keep other children and staff safe, but because the parent had a "sob story" about her child being kicked out of 5 OTHER DAYCARES she felt bad and accepted him into pre-k no matter how unsafe it was for anyone. There were so many other things that happened here as well I could wrote a book about it. All I can say now is NEVER WORK HERE. And parents, NEVER send your child here unless you also want your child to be screamed at by felicia. This company is a JOKE as well as the people running any of their locations. Do not waste your time coming to this literal hell.
