Second my child is arriving after the first day stating he was only given crackers and apple sauce. No other food provided all day and he doesn't eat apple sauce. Second day I pick my child up and they put him in the car with wet pants. I asked him what happened and he was very specific he peed on his blue bed during nap. We have provided not one but three sets of clothes in the event of an acciden. Why was he left in his wet pants till 2:45 pick up? All he mentioned is being told to be quite. No play time, No stories. Nothing. At drop off he has a melt down every day and there has been no betterment. We are already considering having him removed and reporting the facility to be inspected.

My two boys are 7 and 4 and they BOTH love going to school. Mrs. Tracy and Mrs. Caitlyn have been fantastic but honestly every teacher I've spoken with seems so supportive and happy to be there. My boys are welcomed by name every day at drop off by multiple staff members. The teachers have been so kind and really encourage the kids to be a good friends to classmates. They take a lot of pride in their classroom and that has definitely been reflected at home with their own rooms! The first week I packed lunch but my son insisted on school lunch and they enjoy it each day. To top it off both boys came home first week asking to wash their own dishes! I can tell the teachers love what they do and I feel so fortunate to have found this school that feels so much like a community!

Most people don't know, but we allowed our child to try public school for a few months at the end of last school year. The school and staff were great. But my child changed. I was not picking up the same child I dropped off. She was exhausted (despite a good bedtime), moody, and would cry at the drop of a hat. She had a totally different demeanor. People told me it was just the age and adjusting to a new school, etc. We knew public school was not going to work for us. Although, she did enjoy several things they offered. We began exploring other options. We had a wonderful opportunity to try Liberty Eagle, thanks to the many scholarship donors! (We're looking for scholarship and silent auction donors now, if you're interested in donating!) There have been a number of things we have loved so far. The biggest being that I pick up the same child I drop off! There's no more crying before or after school. No more zone out sessions, staring at the wall. No more crazy attitude. I have my child back!! She's happy. She's learning. She's thriving. Her demeanor change was not her age; it was the overstimulating, chaotic environment! The Montessori environment has been much more similar to the homeschooling environment she's accustomed to. Liberty Eagle Academy has been a true blessing for our family!

I have video evidence that this is untrue. her secretary laughed at me when I voiced my concern to her about the biggest choking hazard for a child under the age of 4. the director refused to address the actions of the secretary and told me to "take it up with her". I'm not her employer and that is the job of the director. when asked if every staff member is certified in cpr, the director told me that she didn't have to disclose that information.

A previous teacher told me they pinch children behind their ears and hand so it won't bruise. I also have a picture of a teacher sitting on a student because the child didn't want to go to sleep. This daycare is the worse and the director only care about money not the children. They feed them the same food everyday, the teachers and children are always sick and they are also abusing children!!!!!!! Teachers are constantly quitting because it's a horrible place to work.

We had our kids' birthday party at the indoor pool at Rountree Recreation, and unfortunately, I…read morewould not recommend having a party here after the experience we had. The woman overseeing the party area was incredibly rude and confrontational with us throughout the party. Our guests obviously didn't all arrive at the exact same time, so some kids were swimming while others were getting food. We made sure the kids dried off before coming into the eating area, but she repeatedly became upset with us and insisted that the children needed to either ALL be swimming or ALL be eating and could not go back and forth between the pool and party area. It made what should have been a fun, relaxed birthday party feel stressful from the beginning. The most upsetting part involved one of our 11-year-old guests, who wears pants while swimming for religious reasons. She made him get out of the pool because his pants had pockets and told us they were a safety concern because they could "weigh his legs down." We explained that this is how he regularly swims, that he was comfortable and capable in the water, and that this attire was important to him. Instead of handling the situation discreetly and respectfully, it turned into roughly 15 minutes of back and forth while this poor child stood there embarrassed and uncomfortable. My daughter became so upset seeing her friend excluded from her birthday party that she started crying because she felt terrible that he couldn't participate. We eventually got the situation resolved and he was allowed back in, but by then the damage was done. A child should never be made to feel singled out or embarrassed like that, especially over something connected to his religious practices. The entire experience was so uncomfortable that we actually chose to leave before our reserved party time was even over because we were simply done dealing with the hostility. I completely understand that a public pool needs rules, especially when it comes to safety. What I do not understand is why those rules couldn't have been communicated to us respectfully, reasonably, and with some compassion, especially when dealing with children. We came here to celebrate our kids' birthdays and make happy memories with their friends. Instead, we spent a large portion of the party feeling like we were being scolded and monitored, and one of our young guests was made to feel embarrassed and singled out. We will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage other parents considering a birthday party here to ask very specific questions about their party and swim policies before booking.

The 2015 Intervarsity retreat for the southeast region was located at this campsite in Temple, GA…read more What a beautiful delight! The lake area has a beautiful sunset and sunrise view. There is a short walk from the main "west chapel" and cabins which pass this view, which definitely makes the walk enjoyable. There are many activities to choose from, which I unfortunately did not get a chance to partake in due to my fatigue (I passed out on the uncomfortable bunk bed during our free time). I heard there was paddle-boating on the lake, an archery range, a playground for younger children, a small basketball court with basketballs provided, and much more. While there are cabins available for living, you can also choose to stay in the "trains," which are located much closer to the dining area. The food is subpar, what you would expect from a camp like this much slightly better. This camp, as was pointed out to me by some friends, was in much better shape than many of these types of campsites I'd been to in the past. It's slightly smaller but perfect for a group of between 50-100 people. Mattresses are terrible, so bring a mattress pad for the picky sleepers. You will also need all of your own toiletries, bed sheets, blankets (sleeping bag) and pillow. I was only here for a weekend and I'm usually uncomfortable staying outside of my comfort zone, but this was quite nice and hopefully more events I am a part of could be held here instead.
