They put two years old in time out and they send kids home due to them not wanting to take a two hour nap. I have tried and tried and gave so much of myself to this daycare to make it work but they do not want to make it work. When discussing with them that a kid hit my son and to play the cameras as I watched the incident happen they refused and told me my son could no longer attend. They grabbed all of his stuff and threw us out. I have came in multiple times to kids being yelled out (especially the brown ones) and I am not the only person who feels this way. DHR will be getting called and I will not let this matter rest.

Just before his second birthday, and after about 6-7 daycare tours, I called NALC. They answered the phone the FIRST TIME. I spoke with a very friendly teacher that told me the director was out. I asked when I could stop by and she said ANYTIME. I went that afternoon and the afternoon assistant knew I was going to be stopping by. She took us on a tour and was very friendly. She gave me the information. I spoke with the director the next day and she was aware of me coming by and calling. My son started the next week! They truly care about him. The staff communicates and everyone seems to know what is going on. I'm not sure how, but his teacher has taught him colors and shapes and several numbers in his three months there (he turned 2 in August)! His speech is more clear, his attitude and personality have also further developed. There is just a wonderful feeling at NALC. It's clean. It's secure. It's a fun environment. And each teacher really cares about their kids. I love that other teachers know my son's name and he tells them hey and bye and waves at them. NALC is much more than just a "daycare." They do take the time to educate children. Price is extremely reasonable. And they communicate with parents so much better than I ever thought. Everything there is above my expectations. Highly recommend this facility. You should give them a chance to love your child(ren) the way they love mine!

There is an inner courtyard and gym area for the younger kids to play in. Our son not only enjoys playing with the others in his class, he is also gaining social skills, basic knowledge, and learning about Jesus and our God. The classroom are small with a small number of kids per room so that they all get the attention needed. This is a great place. We are thankful out son attends!

This is the absolute worse daycare I have ever had the misfortune of sending my child to. My 15…read moremonth old child starting crying every day I dropped her off and her behavior changed. At first I didn't know the daycare was the problem but after multiple unannounced drop ins and me asking the right questions I realized my child was being mistreated. Once we changed daycares my child immediately returned to a happy, normal child with no crying when we dropped her off at the new daycare. Wish I had the space here to describe more details to help spare other families from what we went through. Do your research, follow your instincts and pop in regularly unannounced if you decide to leave your child at this daycare.
