I was fortunate in that I had plenty of time to find the perfect daycare for my son. We didn't have to rush. Just before his second birthday, and after about 6-7 daycare tours, I called NALC. They answered the phone the FIRST TIME. I spoke with a very friendly teacher that told me the director was out. I asked when I could stop by and she said ANYTIME. I went that afternoon and the afternoon assistant knew I was going to be stopping by. She took us on a tour and was very friendly. She gave me the information. I spoke with the director the next day and she was aware of me coming by and calling. My son started the next week! They truly care about him. The staff communicates and everyone seems to know what is going on. I'm not sure how, but his teacher has taught him colors and shapes and several numbers in his three months there (he turned 2 in August)! His speech is more clear, his attitude and personality have also further developed. There is just a wonderful feeling at NALC. It's clean. It's secure. It's a fun environment. And each teacher really cares about their kids. I love that other teachers know my son's name and he tells them hey and bye and waves at them. NALC is much more than just a "daycare." They do take the time to educate children. Price is extremely reasonable. And they communicate with parents so much better than I ever thought. Everything there is above my expectations.
