The vast majority of his teachers showed a great level of personal attention and care to him and he was almost always happy and excited to go to school. It is truly a blessing to be able to leave your child in someone else's care and not have reservations about whether or not they will be loved and cared for. Our son has developed so much socially and intellectually during his time here. I recommend this location wholeheartedly.

She entered only speaking a few words, and left prepared to skip a grade in school. The staff at CVMS saw her through many stages - they were able to get her talking, get her potty trained, deal with discipline issues with compassion and kindness, and they made her LOVE learning. As a small school, CVMS is able to give children the love and attention they need to flourish and thrive. The community is close-knit, and the kids make enduring friends and connections. There was 2 teachers (mrs Higgins and Mrs Sutton) were the only teachers that were good people. I got in trouble for the stupidest things. The teachers would make mean comments to me and making me question if I'm a real person. Mr Webb, chuck McCormick and mr tamo made me hate myslef. I was scared to walk down a hallway cause I would have gotten yelled at. I was scared to ask questions for help. The faculty is absolutely ridiculous. Teachers that were actually good for kids were fired and honestly I'm starting to think ecs wants kids to leave and that's the reason there's a mass exit leading into 9th grade. I wish my experience was better and in the future I will definitely like to talk to them about how they ruined my self Esteem and learning. Hopefully ecs will get new teachers and learn that they have made so many kids hate coming to school.
