The came in for a minor alteration on my bridesmaid dress for the bust area. I was told to come back in 3.5 weeks to get it, and when I did, my dress wasn't even done. She told me to come back in an hour, which meant I now was going to be stuck in traffic. I came back an hour later and my dress was finally finished. However, she didn't even have me try it on. She just put it straight into a bag so I didn't see it before leaving the shop. When I got home and took it out, I noticed the following issues: 1. part of the dress had changed from black to navy blue (see pic for comparison) 2. she left the needle in my dress 3. some of the boning got crushed and misshapen 1 week before the wedding, I ended up having to buy a replacement dress because the issues could not be repaired. The price of the alteration was reasonable ($12), but buying a whole new dress ended up costing me another $100.

Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! Fast-forward I constantly check my clothes to see if there are stains on them and as a precautionary measure I also photograph my clothes on their counter as I leave them. On occasion I have returned clothes to be re-cleaned. That is not a big deal as these things happen. Unfortunately, a while back I picked up a suit jacket and did not check it. The suit was stained everywhere and not cleaned properly. I went back to the cleaners and showed them the suit and asked if they could re-clean. It was clear that the jacket had never been worn, still on their hanger and did not have one wrinkle on it and was still perfectly pressed. The two women that were at the counter (not the owner) inspected the suit and insisted they had not given me the suit back in that condition. Really... Did they think I was making it up and just wanted to get a free $20 dry cleaning redo? I told them I would pay for the redo and dropped off the jacket although hoping that they would do the right thing and not charge me for the redo. I just went back and picked up the suit jacket and they cleaned it perfectly however surprisingly they charged me another $20. Terrible terrible customer service. This is the last straw. I will never go back to dry cleaning my clothes at this business. They do not deserve my business and the fact that they were trying to insinuate that somehow I was trying to trick them was humiliating. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the heartache, which is sure to come at some point as you can see by the numerous bad reviews.
