Gary came out right on time, called twenty minutes before arrival letting me know that he was on his way in a company truck, and not only replaced two thermostats, but also replaced a worn out rusted compressor. He had all the parts I needed to get both of my systems running great. He worked fast, didn't wear too much cologne, and had a mellow cool demeanor. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. He got right out to her seen her issue and also her place is old and outdated he fixed her plumbing. She thanked me and said how good and professional he was. This is the only plumbing service I will use. I started calling them when in need for my house but, when we needed a plumber at my office (the plumber the building owner used to call retired) I called Chico becuase they always perform quality work at an affordable price. Chico came out to fix a problem with my water heater, another plumber had previously came to look at the water heater and said i needed to replace the whole unit. Chico explained the main issue; a part needed to be replaced, saved ,me money ;) . I fully recommend him for any plumbing problems you may have.
