Fantastic service, quick and easy to pick up the inner tubes on the way to the river. And very inexpensive.

On Saturday morning I walked out on the front balcony to take look at this beautiful lake early in the morning. The guest next door (Daniel) and I started talking. I told her I want to take family out on a boat and so questions revolved around what kind of boat should I rent etc....She suggested to contact her friend Captain Michele and let her take all of us out. The best suggestion ever! Michele immediately returned my call and we decided on a half day on her ski boat starting at noon. We drove to Antler's Marina and met Captain Michele at the dock. The best day of summer!! She was super friendly yet professional. We did the paperwork and head out. Tubing, wake boarding, fishing etc. You name it and Michele arranged it all for us. She had all the equipment. All we had to do was show up with our sandwiches and beverages (The good kind). Captain Michele was our designated driver!!! Most fun ever! Or as my 8 year old son put it #bestsummerever!! Smiles and laughs and fun all the way till the evening hours. I would also like to mention that price was very reasonable too. We can't wait to go back. I will give Captain Michele a little bit more notice this time. Thank you so much Fun Factory!!

She wasn't pushy at all and didn't upsell me anything - just gave me all the tips and info. We decided on a tandem snowmobile for an hour with a guide. We arrived 20 minutes late but she was so professional - she shortened and made the check in process so easy. There was a cabin with fire where you can change since Deer Mountain was quite cold and was snowing that day desolate the snow drought. She was mega attentive and taught us everything and told us exactly where we were going. She took couple of pictures for us and explained what we'll see had it not been so foggy. On the way back when we stopped at a viewpoint my boyfriend accidentally accelerated and we toppled right where the cliff started - Michele rushed over and helped us up and we genuinely concerned for our well being. We're so grateful she was our guide and can't recommend her enough. She's an amazing person with a beautiful smile and we definitely suggest everyone go snowmobile with her, especially first timers!

Pay attention. 1. Sunblock. A lot and often. The water reflects the sun. Respect it ! It was 101 and I was comfy and am not burned. 2. West water wicking UV clothes. Stay cool. Stay protected. This is run by a lovely, local couple who almost felt like family in the short time we were there. They boosted the confidence of my son with reassurance and also took the time to help us get back to our vehicle after it unexpectedly broke down on our way to the river. Just wanted to say they are really good people. They also gave us great guidance to navigate the river with quality equipment!

"Trees have voices. Beasts tell lies…read more Beware the rain. Beware the snow. Beware the man You think you know." ―Songs of Sapphique I'll preface this review by saying I'm not an expert on these kinds of places, but I can only state my own experience. We came here on the recommendation from friends who know the area and checked it out. Here's a quick overview: Location Kinda hard to find because there's no signage on the freeway indicating it's even there―and that's not to mention the location on Yelp is wrong. I sent in a fix but just-in-case they have their heads up their ass (as usual) put in this address: 53010 Donner Pass Rd, Soda Springs, CA 95728 It's essentially right across from the Shell gas station off exit 171 on Highway 80E. Parking $10 just to park is kinda BS, but their lot their rules. Parking lot opens an hour before the park itself because evidently this place gets really popular. Entrance $10/per person but under 2 years-old are free. You'll have to sign waivers but that shouldn't take long unless you're a moron. We had a party of seven in front of us and it took them 15 minutes?! I signed off our party of three in less than five... So hopefully you don't get any idiots like we did. Toboggan/sled Bring your own, or they can sell you some there for $24/ea. I thought it was a bit much, but actually I found something similar on Amazon.com for $28 (https://goo.gl/FmUTHJ). So actually not a rip! Kudos! Sledding Area I'm no snow connoisseur, but it appeared to be very well-maintained and the hill was not much of a climb to get to the top. Lanes were well-manicured and enabled us to get plenty of speed. I don't know who these Yelpers who want "more speed" are, but maybe go to a real hill. This place is obviously for families with young kids. I don't know if this place is great or crap, but I know a good time when I'm having one. This place was definitely that, and therefore is recommended for good family fun.

Very overpriced. Customer service terrible. $20 each car to…read morepark. $25 each person to self sled down a small hill, 5 lanes, byos, you walk back up the hill (plenty of free spots on the side of the road for that!) $40 for 2 hrs of tubing, 2-3 lanes, has a "escalator" that brings you up (approx 150' hill) $95 for 30 min snowmobile ride. No cash or Apple Pay because the owner, who was working the parking booth, told us he's worried about his employees stealing. We arrived mid morning on a sat, paid $20 to park, then told the cashier guy the 2 kids wanna sled (they picked sledding over tubing, charged us $50 for 2 kids to do the sledding. Mid afternoon we go to car to take a water break and on the way back in a 16yo kid asked to see our passes. Showed the kids pass and he then proceeded to tell us we needed to pay another $30 for "spectator passes" say what!? Now, You want me to pay you to stand there and not sled? at the end of the day? Why didn't the cashier tell us that in the morning when we bought the passes? I wouldve went somewhere cooler like Soda or a free spot. There was a group of parents standing at the top watching their kids and nobody had a "spectator pass" ITS A SCAM.
