First, of all, I was sure the GPS had directed me to the wrong location (you will see what I mean if you go there.) Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by a woman who asked me if I was here for pick up. I confirmed and she said it would be about three minutes more. There were three other customers in the place with whom one of the workers was conversing. I stood there and watched flies go by. There was one huge fly on the door, I tried to let it out and it zoomed back in. I then turned around and noticed a sign above the front counter (it was a welcome sign or something similar) and there were flies stuck all over it (maybe there were stuck on grease or dirt or a combination of the two) - this is a sight I cant unsee. I continued to stand in the front of the store, about 10 minutes had passed at this point. Neither of the two employees made any further acknowledgement of me, such as to update me on the status of my order, etc. I looked around again, at the flies, I assessed the complete professional of this business and I turned around and left. No one called me about my order for $60 of crabs that I had called in. No one called to ask me to return to pick up the crabs. I consider the flies and the ten minute wait a blessing. If my order had been ready when I arrived, I would not have had enough time to fully assess this place and may have ended up with an illness. I feel that one star is a generous rating. Buyer beware.
