I've been here about 12 times now as I visit about 2x a month. The food is always great and consistent and the restaurant is clean as well. Service is typically on point. However, there have been times that far more attention is paid to the drive thru customers (I have never used their drive thru) at the expense of walk-in and dine-in customers. I've had to wait far too long at times to get my order placed and picked up. I am sure they are trying to control labor costs and essentially have one person handle both places. They would be well served to cough up the extra $150 a day and staff both places...at least during their busy hours. It's clear from the other reviews this is hurting as their 2.7 rating will cause many to pass right on by. My advice is to not be penny wise and pound foolish. read more

I travel 515 to my cabin in North Georgia from Atlanta frequently and was excited to try Chicken Salad Chick. Went in. Nobody was at the counter. Stood there five minutes. Ask the gentleman standing next to me (We were the only two people in there) was there someone coming back? He just shrugged. I then leaned in and asked the person managing the drive-in window. Was there someone for the counter? Suddenly a girl hit the door from the kitchen with such force as to indicate her displeasure, came into the counter area and just glared at me. I asked the man standing next to me had he ordered yet and he said yes and then the counter girl said he's waiting for his food. the amount of hostility and pure venom in the way she spoke and looked at me, I felt like I couldn't trust this person to not sabotage my food. so much dark energy rolled off of her I just left. And I won't be back. This was on Wednesday, Nov 5 around 12 pm. Walked over to Publix, had a pleasant friendly man make a sandwich. read more

First let me say I love Chicken Salad Chick. I've been to the one in Woodstock and the one in Cartersville absolutely love them. When I pulled up to the drive-through, there was an employee having a conversation very loudly on the phone. The lady took my order. It took at least eight minutes for her to come to the window to take my payment and when she did, she took my credit card to the back and she was gone for a very long time kind of nervous I wasn't gonna get it back. I have now visited this location 4 times since it opened. I've been enjoying Chicken Salad Chick for over 8 years and have never been dissappointed but today was a different story. My first 2 visits were positive and I would have given them a 4, last visit was a 2.5 but today was awful. My 2 fav flavors is Classic Carol and Fancy Nancy. Today they didn't even taste like chicken, it was sour and bitter. Also most importantly the Fancy Nancy had 4 small apple pieces and absolutely no grapes, not even a half of one grape....thats false advertising. The franchise owner needs to get their sh_t to gather fast or they won't survive. Here in the N Georgia Mountains we expect to get what we pay for and decent quality, not garbage. Prices are fair for good quality food but not today. I'll be very reluctant to return to this location. read more

This was our fourth trip to this unit. We're big fans of the Woodstock store and go back and forth. Of four visits I've never seen the same staff. Different shifts, turnover? This visit 8-19-25 was extremely disappointing and not to the standard of other Chicks. We placed our order, got the cups and drinks and sat. Our friends were behind us and placed their order. There was also another couple was behind them and they also placed an order. My friends got their order first, then the 3rd couple and we waited. Then the young lady (very young and sweet) came to the table and asked for our receipt. She returned to kitchen and brought back on one tray, brocolai salad, scoop of Fancy Nancy and a bowl of potato soup, crackers, pickle and cookie. I gave her my receipt once again which showed my order was the soup (which was luke warm) and salad and my wife's was the scoop and salad. She returned to kitchen and brought my B salad. I then asked, where's my cookie and again she darted off to retrieve it. I didn't dare ask for a pickle fearing where it may end up. AND, it was about 7:15 when I noticed the tea containers were gone. I guessed they were refilling them. At 7:30PM I asked the nice young lady are they making more tea? She replied no, we're closing soon. I then asked if there was a separte tea container in the back for drive through and she said no. Unacceptable poor planning. Upon leaving we noticed the drive-through was backed up and the look on the first car in line was nothing short of pissed. Having worked within the food and beverage industry I find this experience a prime examply of poor training and management. This will be my last trip to this unit but not the Woodstock store. While it's left a sour taste in my mouth, I won't stop going to the Chick but will mosty definitely reduce the number of visits. My friends stated pretty much the same and I'm sure they'll share the experience with their friends. Good luck getting this place turned around.
