Came on Saturday during brunch time and it was slow. I think the restaurant is relatively new so they are still learning business world. Hostesses are very young but were pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Food portion sizes are spot on. Prices are very reasonable! Only thing I would request is salt/pepper shakers on the tables. I plan to come back with my teen son/daughter and husband.

The restrooms are dirty, kitchens looked it too in passing, and it seems like only 2-3 people are on staff at a time. We sat there for forty minutes and still nothing. They brought our drinks to us one at a time. Ended up walking out and paying for the drinks alone (water was a charge too), and the staff was very rude upon us deciding to leave and cancel.

So Me And My Brother have always ate at this location for years because we grew up here in town and…read morefor years the service has always been for the most part touch and go. Due to staff changing so frequently because of poor management and extremely low wages and let's not forget the bias hiring process that has taken place inside this organization for years were they only hire mostly women with a few exceptions here and there. Why this business has been a Icon in and around the surrounding areas of the communities in which they serve they have repeatedly over the years refuse to hire, Train Staff and Promote Employees with excellent customer service why the food is great from time to time depending on changing of staff due to good people quitting and high turn overs, But Nevertheless this small town restaurant has forgotten that the customer comes first and in my opinion a great atmosphere and customer experience is just as important as good food. Bottom line is if you come here you will not be treated with respect and dignity you will be talked to as they see fit and higher up management will back the store management put in place. I say if people are not willing to treat you right take your money elsewhere and remind them who pay the bills!!!

Vegas is about to get a serious upgrade…read more With Bojangles opening soon, I have to talk about the chicken biscuit... because nothing compares that perfectly crispy, seasoned chicken tucked inside a warm, buttery, flaky biscuit?? it's soft, crunchy, savory, and comforting all at the same time. One bite and you get why people are obsessed. And don't even get me started on the Bo-Berry biscuit sweet, warm, packed with berries, and topped with that icing that melts into every bite... it's the kind of dessert you think about long after you've had it. Vegas is seriously not ready for this combo already counting down until I can have both again

Different locations all have great customer service and quality hot food! This location has given me a half filled large rice that's slightly warm the first two visits. The second time I ordered it they put an enormous amount of seasoning on the rice making it inedible. This last visit was really oily on bottom, again the last few bites were gross and went to the trash. Also this time the chicken was barely warm. Normally the chicken is burning hot, but the cooler chicken at least made the rice seem warm. I always order extra pickles on my sandwich...guess what, nope not on there. The worst part of the experience was the lack of customer service. The employee took the order of the gentleman in front of me and then went to the area where the other employee was bagging the food up. She then took the food and gave it to that customer. At this point I thought I was going to order, but no, I stood there waiting again. This happened 4 times with her staring at this screen while the other employee bags the food. During all of this no employee even acknowledged i was in the building. I'm not sure why I couldn't have been able to order instead of 2 employee's staring at a screen with only 1 of them working. I wont be back for a month or so hoping y'all get this fixed.
