We also got the corn salsa and the habernaro salsa, which were both delicious. They were at the South Side garage when we found them, so we got some kombucha and an old fashioned that did not disappoint. Cody was manning the truck that day and he was so friendly, helpful and knew all about how to veganize their food and made any necessary adjustments. He even came into the garage to double check on preparation for us. He gave us service that was exceptional. The food was delicious and we need to find CM again stat! Loved the location and the ambiance of the Garage as well. The one downside is that the "location" calendar was a little hard to use since I wasn't familiar with some of the places listed on it and didn't know where those places were since there weren't address on many of the listings. But, I'm sure that's a software issue they have no control over. If you see the truck, stop! It's worth a visit.

I read the side of the truck, and I was generally nervous. When someone serving food lists that much history, they're either horrible or phenomenal, and I wasn't sure what I was going to receive. Despite my reservations, i ordered the Big Mick, and I was NOT disappointed. The fries were delicious. They had a delicious seasoning that wasn't too salty. Moreover, they had a very light texture that I have never had before with fries. Absolutely phenomenal fries. This burger is easily within the top 5 burgers I have ever eaten. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of toasted buns or butter pickles, but trust me when I say that removing anything from this burger would be a tragedy worthy of UN interference. The interaction between the special sauce, which tastes similar to a sweet ranch, the butter pickles, the onions, and the toasted bun blend together in one of the most satisfying burgers that I have ever eaten. I'm going to keep an eye out for this truck around Knoxville. I've already seen the truck at least 10 times since in my dreams.

I'm not saying that they were rude or anything, but at the same time the food just didn't hit the spot for me. Props to them though, but to me when it comes to food trucks I rather go with something more creative and I wouldn't mind paying for more for better food. The owner was very nice and that's absolutely not overlooked. However, their menu was sort of a wash in my opinion. They're "Spicy Balls" was just halved baby potatoes sprinkled with pepper. Not spicy at all. Mild at best. I think it should be renamed "peppered potatoes" or "butter pepper potatoes" or possibly "butter pepper pre-chips" something like that. When I was thinking of Spicy Balls with the description of being in "cajun spices and served hot, hot, hot!" I was thinking it would be that. Boy, did they sell it. I thought they over sold that too much. Let's keep going. Hot dogs weren't bad. Pretty simple. I ordered the chili cheese weenie because well, I'm a sucker for chili. Their hot dog wasn't too bad but at the same time I thought twice about the $5 for the hot dog. I still bought it to try it out, but it wasn't anything special for me. The hot dog had chili (sort of reminded me of a canned chili) and cheese. The end. Can you create it at home? Yes. Is that convenient when you want to drink beer and you find yourself hungry? No. In my mind, this food truck and owners are smart. Very smart. However, as far as my taste buds go, it's not bad. It's not good. It's "a-okay." I probably won't try this food truck again though.
