However I didn't hire him to be my friend, I hired him to inspect my house. Most of the inspection was great, but some things were completely wrong or missing. The report states that the venting above the gas stove was working properly but there is no vent at all there, and that has been an ongoing issue in my house. The report also states that the water dispenser in the fridge was working normally but there is not even a water line connected to the refrigerator. I had read really good reviews about this business, so I had hoped for the same. Unfortunately it was a sub par inspection.

I had a great agent but the owner of this company was really disappointing. We had issues with the property we were purchasing as the seller wanted to breach the contract at the part where we were already working on the closing disclosure. We never got any support from the company. We had to work it out ourselves (me, my husband and my agent), by hiring a lawyer. He only had one task to do towards the end which was to arrange for the walk through and he messed up because he did not read the email right ( wonder if he even really took time to read it and understand) One that I was copied and where everything was clear that the walk through is to be done today, the 27th but he arranged it for the 28th which was already the moving date. When I spoke to him for messing up, he didn't really show any care to the mess he made. Save yourself from hassle and disappointment, find another company. If only I could have the review as a 0 I would.
