This is by far the ONLY Chik-Fil-A I've had issues with. The first time I had an issue, they didn't include any salad dressing for my Southwest salad. The most recent time, they did not include fries on both my kids orders. When I called to complain they had me on hold for more than 11 minutes and I decided to hang up because nobody has time for that. I normally got to the chikfila on FM 78, but it is closed as they are remodeling. Try to avoid the Forum location. read more

They're very friendly but sometimes do some stupid things. They decided to split the drive-they lane into two but did it in a way that three cars passed two others that had been in line longer. Spent over $100 and they shoved everything into one paper bag with the condiments and straws in inside. I asked for 2 extra bags and they ignored me and then I follow to check order on my receipt and it's wrong. Everything in the bag was coming out!! Visiting from a state that doesn't have a Chick Fil-A and coming to a place like this (for the first time) is funny, my wife (who loves cows) went crazy snapping pictures of the cow posters and buying up the calendar, Pez dispensers and whatever toy thingies there were to my amazement. This the the worst I've ever seen my wife get over cow thingies she just loved the posters and looked like a total tourist snapping away haha. Well anyway I got my food and I was actually pleasantly surprised it was pretty good for a fast food chain, I would come back to a Chick Fil-A again wait I would HAVE to come back again because my wife would go crazy again over the posters and paraphernalia again. This chick fil A is cluster! 1 - The location does not allow for easy access nor easy departure. If you had an emergency you would be blocked in until the line moved. 2 - Service, I do not like it when you ask a question and you're given an answer only to be told otherwise at the window. Reading the reviews and seeing less than 3 stars for a Chick-fil-a indicates to me that I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience at this location. Food was fine, typical of this chain, but the service was poor tonight. My order was incorrect and correcting it held up the line. Seemed to be a high number of confused employees in the drive thru window area inside. Today early evening was not their finest at this location. Parking is terrible and they increased their drive thru lanes to two, which the parking structure was not designed for. My four kids and I were almost hit just trying to use the cross walk getting into the restaurant. Definitely not conducive for pedestrians just try to get in. When I brought it up to the owner, it seemed like she could care less and was more concerned about son having his drink in the play area. Glad we won't be coming back here. read more

Truett Cathy would have been PROUD of this restaurant. The service is immediate, accurate, and friendly. Every single employee is motivated towards customer service to the max. They are all happy to serve their customers, and they frequently ask if you need any refills or anything. I moved here from Atlanta six years, and I have spoken with Truett Cathy at least four times while I lived there. He was totally dedicated to customer service and truly cared about the lives of all his employees. His example and leadership continue today because of his demand for customer service. Went to enjoy a day of shopping at the forum yesterday that unfortunately ended in my friends car being towed. We met for breakfast at chick-fil-a and joined cars to go through the drive through since there is no indoor dining. We then left her car there while I drove us to various shops in the forum. When we returned for her car it was in the process of being towed. There is no signage stating you would be towed. When she went inside to talk to the manager, Raphael Villarreal, she was rudely treated. Due to this managers unprofessional behavior he made an already tense situation worse. Most chick-fil-a locations have excellent customer service but it is greatly lacking here. I strongly encourage this manager go through training again because he is not representative of what I have come to expect from chick-fil-a. I for one will never go to this location again. read more

I ordered the grilled nuggets and what I got looked like pre-chewed chicken chunks. The size of all the nuggets together was smaller than my palm. Never have they looked that bad before. I went to the front counter to ask and was told that is how they look now. I did not take a picture, was very upset to be told that's just how they look. I love Chick-Fil-A but this is easily my least favorite location. I will literally go out of my way to visit the 3009 location or the New Braunfels Westpoint location just to avoid this one. There is always an issue with my order...items missing, the wrong drink, fries but not fruit, etc. Today each of my 2 kids meals came out with only the fruit but no nuggets, and when I went up to the counter to fix it, I was greeted with an expression of "yea, sure lady!" but it was fixed. Other little things about this location annoy me. -They don't have kids straws that bend like the other locations. My kids spill more drinks trying to drink out of straws that are as tall as they are. -They don't have sanitizer wipes or gel at the playground. They also don't have them out at the condiment stand like the others. You have to ask for them. -Same with the placemats. My 2 and 4 year olds like the placemats, but again, they are not out to easily grab. -When I visit other locations, I just feel well taken care of; they have staff circling the dining area refilling drinks, clearing tables, etc. This Forum location occasionally has a staff person around, but it just doesn't feel like they enjoy serving you and helping you like the others do. read more

I have been coming for to this Chick-fil-A for years. I have found the staff to be friendly helpful and encouraging. The speed of service is is superior to other restaurants and the quality of food is always on par. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who is coming to The Forum for shopping and some time off. This place is great eat it. The parking is small but don't worry if you're going through the drive-thru or planning to eat in you will be able to find parking and easily access the restaurant. This place is fabulous and I wish them the best. read more

Normally love this location, but now they no longer offer well done fries. Not only that, but our fries tonight were under done. We sat in the drive thru line just as long as we normally would so they aren't saving time by not making well done fries. We will go back to the Schertz location from now on. My car was towed at the live oak Forum Location. The manager Raphael Villarreal was the one that made the call. I was in a parking spot that was NOT MARKED. He even admitted to me that it was not marked to not park there. When communicating to me he was passive aggressive, wouldn't hear me out and didn't seem to care about my concerns. He said the shopping center had signs (not the parking lot I was in) saying that I couldn't park there. The next day I called the forum and they told me that they did not have any control over Chick-fil-A's parking situation therefore they did not have signage up to control Chick-fil-A's parking. Therefore he lied to me. I will be disputing this soon with the state of Texas.I asked him to show me the signs and he refused. He several times admitted there wasn't postage that I couldn't park there- yet I was towed. It was Chick fil a parking and I was a paying customer. I met a friend there, and we went through the drive through together since the dine in was closed. He also said I was blocking the drive thru- but how if I just used it. I am very very upset with how this was handled and how your location doesn't have things marked. This cost me $300 to get my car back, I was late for a work meeting and I will NEVER go to this chick fil a again. So so disappointed. read more

I think the busier this location gets the worst the service is. Today they are trying to run to drive through lines and they got the order wrong and forgot two drinks. They had me pull into a parking spot while they were going to bring them. I waited in the parking spot for 10 minutes and then I finally drove back through the drive through. I told the young girl my drinks were forgot and she told me they already gave them to me? So after she went back in twice she finally brought out my frosted coffees that weren't so frosted anymore. I've never been to a Bad Chick-fil-A until today. The drive thru took 25min to get through. And when I made it home to eat my lunch and give my partner (whom is sick) their soup, it was under cooked and just disgusting. Normally the chicken soup comes in chunks but the chicken in this soup was grounded into something that hardly resembled chicken. The carrots and noodles were still hard!! This was the location that I have been going to since forever. Never had any issues getting my nuggets well done until today I pull up had a mobile order and tell them if i can get my nuggets well done and they said no that they don't do that anymore. The reason I ask for my nuggets well done is because I have gotten nuggets slimy before at this location and others and have gotten sick.
