This morning I placed a breakfast order after driving from a different location which doesn't offer breakfast (rolling oaks.) This order was placed at 10:20AM - breakfast is over at 10:30. I try to never do this as I know it may be a pain in the butt but I did place it before breakfast was over. I show up at 10:28 and the cashier goes to the manager and says "I'm sorry I missed this order and the manager not knowing I was the customer tell her "if we don't have it we don't have it." I then proceeded and told the manager (I believe Martinez was his last name) that this order was placed during breakfast time and he said that I arrived at the store after 10:30 which was a lie and refused to make my order. He then offered me a sandwich or chicken nuggets and through some fries. Thanks to that action I did not give them a 1 star rating. Based on previous reviews this location needs a lot of work. I will also mention I have never had any issues at any other chick fil a. read more

Chick-fil-A - Online order. - Fast Food Near Me - Selma, Texas

I ordered a Large lemonade after waiting in their drive thru line for over 15 mins they had my order wrong and gave me a medium. When I asked if they could correct it they had to involve management..okay whatever, charged me the difference (fair enough). The manager was a young male with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I will NOT be returning to this location again. read more

Always great service. It's better to order ahead and pick up inside, much faster Tham the wrap around lines of folks order when you arrive. Even thru covid never had an issues read more

Not the happiest place on earth. Bad customer service. Not the same energy since covid happened. What happened here. I can feel the staff hating their job. Sorry that they have you guys outside. read more

Consistency in still messing up orders. Ruined our family dinner; thanks chick-fail-a!

Horrible service! Never get what I ask for at this location. They ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. How do you sell a salad with no dressing! Common sense isn't so common anymore! read more

This location has the best staff. Everyone is so friendly, quick, patient and the place is spotless! My favorite chickfila in San Antonio. I will never forget my most recent experience, the service here is superb! Great job y'all! read more

Breakfast was good but it smells like vomit inside. I arrived here at 845 am and the floor is dirty. I can see old food and spots/grease on the floor. The employees were nice and polite though. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Selma, Texas

This is by far the ONLY Chik-Fil-A I've had issues with. The first time I had an issue, they didn't include any salad dressing for my Southwest salad. The most recent time, they did not include fries on both my kids orders. When I called to complain they had me on hold for more than 11 minutes and I decided to hang up because nobody has time for that. I normally got to the chikfila on FM 78, but it is closed as they are remodeling. Try to avoid the Forum location. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a call on the phone - Fast Food Near Me - Selma, Texas

Waiting for over an hour for a breakfast bowl, my door dasher left because he got tired of waiting

By far this is the worst Chick Fil A. Please do not go to this location, you will get cold food and horrible customer service. I even called the manager to let him know of my experience and he showed no interest what so ever. read more

Visiting from a state that doesn't have a Chick Fil-A and coming to a place like this (for the first time) is funny, my wife (who loves cows) went crazy snapping pictures of the cow posters and buying up the calendar, Pez dispensers and whatever toy thingies there were to my amazement. This the the worst I've ever seen my wife get over cow thingies she just loved the posters and looked like a total tourist snapping away haha. Well anyway I got my food and I was actually pleasantly surprised it was pretty good for a fast food chain, I would come back to a Chick Fil-A again wait I would HAVE to come back again because my wife would go crazy again over the posters and paraphernalia again. I do have to say I was happy with the food so I wouldn't be opposed to it other than looking sheepish while my wife goes crazy. read more

I love Chick Fill A, and I've never had a bad thing to say of any of the restaurants I've been to but this one, I don't know who is doing the waffle potato fries but they are cheap on them and by that I mean they barely put some in it! I'm paying for the fries I expect a full order of fries not half and sometimes not even half!!! read more

They're very friendly but sometimes do some stupid things. They decided to split the drive-they lane into two but did it in a way that three cars passed two others that had been in line longer. To top it off, they failed to verify orders as they handed them out. Missing a whole meal. I gave my kid mine as it wasn't worth my time to go back. read more

Refuses to cook fries well done I'm not kidding It appears to be a new policy to not cook food to the guests liking read more

Spent over $100 and they shoved everything into one paper bag with the condiments and straws in inside. I asked for 2 extra bags and they ignored me and then I follow to check order on my receipt and it's wrong. Everything in the bag was coming out!! The inside lobby is floor is always slippery and sticky. Overall chickfilas have gone down in hill cleanliness. read more

Great service! App order, waited for my husband arrived to fix the sodas - they were not watered down or flat. Still very quick service!

The grilled chicken sandwich that I got today tasted spoiled, the meat had a rotten taste and the tomato looked really old. I really tried hard not to throw up. How can you serve such poor quality food, this location is giving the chick fil A franchise a bad name ( and i always love chick fil A food). If I could give this place zero stars I would. Still can't get over the horrible taste from the chicken, you are going to make people sick! read more

This chick fil A is cluster! 1 - The location does not allow for easy access nor easy departure. If you had an emergency you would be blocked in until the line moved. 2 - Service, I do not like it when you ask a question and you're given an answer only to be told otherwise at the window. Get on the same page. I would have ordered differently. It's just super annoying. 3- Window person today was not friendly. I like chick fil a but this location is not like the others. read more

Parking is terrible and they increased their drive thru lanes to two, which the parking structure was not designed for. My four kids and I were almost hit just trying to use the cross walk getting into the restaurant. Definitely not conducive for pedestrians just try to get in. When I brought it up to the owner, it seemed like she could care less and was more concerned about son having his drink in the play area. Glad we won't be coming back here. read more

Truett Cathy would have been PROUD of this restaurant. The service is immediate, accurate, and friendly. Every single employee is motivated towards customer service to the max. They are all happy to serve their customers, and they frequently ask if you need any refills or anything. I moved here from Atlanta six years, and I have spoken with Truett Cathy at least four times while I lived there. He was totally dedicated to customer service and truly cared about the lives of all his employees. His example and leadership continue today because of his demand for customer service. He would have been pleased if he were to ever dropped in on this location. GREAT RESTAURANT, FOOD, and EMPLOYEES! read more

Went to enjoy a day of shopping at the forum yesterday that unfortunately ended in my friends car being towed. We met for breakfast at chick-fil-a and joined cars to go through the drive through since there is no indoor dining. We then left her car there while I drove us to various shops in the forum. When we returned for her car it was in the process of being towed. There is no signage stating you would be towed. When she went inside to talk to the manager, Raphael Villarreal, she was rudely treated. Due to this managers unprofessional behavior he made an already tense situation worse. Most chick-fil-a locations have excellent customer service but it is greatly lacking here. I strongly encourage this manager go through training again because he is not representative of what I have come to expect from chick-fil-a. I for one will never go to this location again. read more

I ordered the grilled nuggets and what I got looked like pre-chewed chicken chunks. The size of all the nuggets together was smaller than my palm. Never have they looked that bad before. I went to the front counter to ask and was told that is how they look now. I did not take a picture, was very upset to be told that's just how they look. Poor customer service today chick-fil-a, so disappointed. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A but this is easily my least favorite location. I will literally go out of my way to visit the 3009 location or the New Braunfels Westpoint location just to avoid this one. There is always an issue with my order...items missing, the wrong drink, fries but not fruit, etc. Today each of my 2 kids meals came out with only the fruit but no nuggets, and when I went up to the counter to fix it, I was greeted with an expression of "yea, sure lady!" but it was fixed. Other little things about this location annoy me. -They don't have kids straws that bend like the other locations. My kids spill more drinks trying to drink out of straws that are as tall as they are. -They don't have sanitizer wipes or gel at the playground. They also don't have them out at the condiment stand like the others. You have to ask for them. -Same with the placemats. My 2 and 4 year olds like the placemats, but again, they are not out to easily grab. -When I visit other locations, I just feel well taken care of; they have staff circling the dining area refilling drinks, clearing tables, etc. This Forum location occasionally has a staff person around, but it just doesn't feel like they enjoy serving you and helping you like the others do. read more

Do not go here at 10:20 thinking you can get breakfast even though they "serve breakfast until 10:30" very disappointing. UPDATE: June 21, 2019 I was craving Chick-fil-A so I thought I would try coming here again. Bad idea. First I simply wanted no blueberries in my fruit cup, so I asked-- most Chick-fil-A's take it out if you ask, but this one specifically says no. "They can't". So I'm like okay I'll do it myself that's fine, so after placing my order I get to the window and they are like we don't have a fruit cup on here so with that being said whoever is taking orders needs to learn how to do their job and get orders right. I didn't just sit in a like for 20 minutes to hear would you like to add it to your order, when I in fact have already ordered it. Can't wait to go back to my regular Chick-fil-A's gosh. read more

I ask for crispy or well done fries and they stated no we don't do it at this location because it slows us down. The last time I check I'm paying for my food and if I prefer we'll done then why can't I get it. Why am I being told to go to another location. This is just unprofessional. read more

Always fast and friendly . If your unhappy goto McDonald's . This place should be a 5 star hands down

Normally love this location, but now they no longer offer well done fries. Not only that, but our fries tonight were under done. We sat in the drive thru line just as long as we normally would so they aren't saving time by not making well done fries. We will go back to the Schertz location from now on. They weren't even apologetic. Andddd we didn't get straws. read more

I have been coming for to this Chick-fil-A for years. I have found the staff to be friendly helpful and encouraging. The speed of service is is superior to other restaurants and the quality of food is always on par. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who is coming to The Forum for shopping and some time off. This place is great eat it. The parking is small but don't worry if you're going through the drive-thru or planning to eat in you will be able to find parking and easily access the restaurant. This place is fabulous and I wish them the best. read more

I'm not sure what the point of a curbside order is if you're going to have to wait over 35 minutes after arriving to the restaurant. The last 3 times I have used curbside via the app and I have had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food and it was cold. read more

My car was towed at the live oak Forum Location. The manager Raphael Villarreal was the one that made the call. I was in a parking spot that was NOT MARKED. He even admitted to me that it was not marked to not park there. When communicating to me he was passive aggressive, wouldn't hear me out and didn't seem to care about my concerns. He said the shopping center had signs (not the parking lot I was in) saying that I couldn't park there. The next day I called the forum and they told me that they did not have any control over Chick-fil-A's parking situation therefore they did not have signage up to control Chick-fil-A's parking. Therefore he lied to me. I will be disputing this soon with the state of Texas.I asked him to show me the signs and he refused. He several times admitted there wasn't postage that I couldn't park there- yet I was towed. It was Chick fil a parking and I was a paying customer. I met a friend there, and we went through the drive through together since the dine in was closed. He also said I was blocking the drive thru- but how if I just used it. I am very very upset with how this was handled and how your location doesn't have things marked. This cost me $300 to get my car back, I was late for a work meeting and I will NEVER go to this chick fil a again. So so disappointed. read more

I think the busier this location gets the worst the service is. Today they are trying to run to drive through lines and they got the order wrong and forgot two drinks. They had me pull into a parking spot while they were going to bring them. I waited in the parking spot for 10 minutes and then I finally drove back through the drive through. I told the young girl my drinks were forgot and she told me they already gave them to me? So after she went back in twice she finally brought out my frosted coffees that weren't so frosted anymore. This location should learn from the other locations on service and timeliness. read more

I'm giving this chick-fil-a an extra star because the customer service at the drive through was decent. Although, I was not asked about sauces, condiments or anything and just handed my bag and told to have a nice day. All in all, I was very disappointed in my experience. I ordered an egg white grill and WISH I had taken a picture of what I received... Let me preface by saying, I have ordered this sandwich many times at many different chick-fil-a's all over Texas. This was the first time I received my sandwich with, what I would call, BARELY a grilled chicken nugget... honestly, that's giving it more justice than it deserves... There was four times the egg whites and bread and the "nugget" was all but non existent... I think I will avoid this location and visit ANY other chick-fil-a in the future. Oh! Trying to get TO this location is beyond ridiculous! Both entering and exiting takes an act of God! Just not very well thought out. STILL A FAN OF CHICK-FIL-A, just not this particular location... read more

I love me some chick fila, but this place's service is quickly turning into a McDs. I never receive a complete order, today I got cold fries and this location's drive thru is the worst. Not a fan of the forum location. read more

Chick fil a is known for their fast service, and this place just doesn't have it. Maybe my expectations were just too high. After asking for sauces at the window, they had us pull up to wait for our order. No problem, until we get our food, drive off and realize there aren't any sauces. Mistakes happen, we went back and got them without a fuss from the employees but I just didn't think I had to check our chick fil a bag before leaving.. read more

I've never been to a Bad Chick-fil-A until today. The drive thru took 25min to get through. And when I made it home to eat my lunch and give my partner (whom is sick) their soup, it was under cooked and just disgusting. Normally the chicken soup comes in chunks but the chicken in this soup was grounded into something that hardly resembled chicken. The carrots and noodles were still hard!! I ended up driving to HEB to get something actually edible. As for my own meal. My sandwich was barely warm and the Mac and cheese was watery. MY sweet tea was the only part of my order that was decent. read more

Chickfila is my favorite go to restaurant. But I especially love this location because of their awesome service. I've been to many a Chickfilas in my life but I have yet to find a location where no matter how busy it gets (due to its heavy traffic location at the forum), their service is like a 5star hotel. As for the food, You can never go wrong.... With anything! All delicious and fresh. My favorites are the chicken nuggets and waffle fries with Chickfila sauce OR if you're looking for something healthy-- Cobb salad for the win! With avocado lime dressing! :) But like I said, anything and everything is fab. :D Oh and closed on Sundays! read more

Worst chick fil a I have been too. The cashier that took my order was giving attitude and faces. All I asked was for a warm cookie. I didn't even want to stay to wait for the cookies to warm up because of her attitude. Won't be visiting this site anytime soon. read more
