Had the chance to visit here because this local location sent a me a free treat to redeem a chicken sandwich! It was first time visiting this location, and it's so hectic. Tight parking lots with so many cars coming in and out for gas, Starbucks, or subway. So congested. Note that this is DRIVE THRU or order on-site/order on app to get your food. I ordered ahead of time and I had to wait about 5-7 minutes at the window for a staff member to pick up my order. Got my chicken sandwich and enjoyed it! read more

Not the most thoughtful layout by CFA in the already busy and congested Target plaza. They should've placed this location where the old O'Reilly's used to be. Even with two drive thru lanes, just navigating through the parking lot can cause frustration trying to enter. Ordering and service has never been an issue for me, the staff at the drive-thru is always friendly. I primarily order through the app, so service is pretty streamlined. The main concern I've had the few times I've visited this location is the lack of quality control. I've had missing items, not given sauce as well as the wrong count of nuggets served to me. Sure the location is convenient-ish in a sense, but definitely check your food before driving off. Also do yourself a favor and avoid around lunch time, it's a super popular spot especially in this area due to surrounding eateries and the high school across the street. read more

This location is located right across target in the same plaza. Drive thru has 2 lanes and orders are processed pretty quickly! Always great service, and location is pretty clean as it's new! They had runners deliver food to your car in case your order is done before the cars ahead. read more

The breakfast sandwich chicken egg and cheese on a biscuit is so good at this location! And the chicken is actually crispy and seasoned compared to other locations I have been to. The food was on point here, but it was lacking the smiling and friendly service I am used to at other locations. It's definitely a different environment at this location compared to other places I've been to. I thought all the restaurants were the same but this one is way different when it comes to customer service. Please train your "shift lead" who is working 6/20 @ 10am. Tall, skinny, fair skin girl with a blue polo. It is not appropriate or professional to be hanging out, laughing and joking around while drive thru customers in the drive thru window, doordash orders outside, me at the pickup counter, and patrons dining in are all waiting around for our order. I ordered ahead and still had to wait 10+ minutes at the counter while I watched the girl who is apparently leading the others, horse around. Obviously things were backed up in the kitchen and several employees were standing around waiting but it was her goofing around that made the wait unacceptable. Please re evaluate who you have leading your team as it seemed most other employees knew how to act besides the curly haired girl the lead was chatting with in the drive thru window. Maybe it's because they are starting out as a new location but this Chick Fil A has an incredibly slow response times when it comes to preparing food (I did mobile order), even though there's roughly 1-2 cars in line and when the Milpitas location opened, they were a lot faster. I went here twice this week and both times I waited a lot longer than other fast food chains or Chick Fil A locations. They also run a fan where the menu in the drive thru is so employees have a hard time hearing and you can find yourself repeating your order multiple times. I wanted to share my experience with a recent giveaway hosted by this business on Facebook and Instagram. The post stated that "1 tag = 1 entry," and the rules required sharing the video on both platforms. As a student, the idea of winning a year's worth of meals was exciting, so I followed every instruction carefully. I tagged over 500 friends and family, people I know personally and publicly shared the story on both accounts. I also made sure to like the original post, as required. Based on the numbers I observed, I had one of the highest entry counts. I even reviewed other public entries and noticed that some didn't follow all the listed rules. Despite that, when the winner was announced, no name was mentioned publicly on either platform. I found this confusing, especially since most giveaways I've seen usually tag or name the winner clearly. From my perspective, this lack of transparency raises concerns. I don't know what happened behind the scenes, but not announcing a clear winner left me, and a few others I spoke to who also participated seriously, feeling discouraged and unsure if a winner was actually chosen. Of course, I may be wrong, and I truly hope the prize went to someone who deserved it. In the future, I think more transparency around winner selection could help build trust. If the business clarified how entries were reviewed or who won, I would feel much more confident in their contests. I'm sharing this in hopes that others can make informed choices and that the business considers clearer communication going forward. Horrible service. They gave my food away to someone else and then tried to give me someone else's order. When I brought it to their attention, they kept looking for the ticket until one of the shift leads admitted they had given my food away and said they would expedite my order. I later realized this was a lie, as she just went off to do other things. It wasn't until I had been waiting for 35 minutes that another shift lead came over and asked about my order. I explained the whole situation, and she said she would expedite it. I told her I didn't believe her since the last shift lead said the same thing, but this time she actually followed through. After waiting 40 minutes from the time they gave away my order, I finally got my food. Horrible service from this Chick-fil-A--I can see why they're speeding toward a 2-star rating. read more
