Was interested to see how their system would work since they are connected to the mall. The outside drive through starts at the furthest entrance for JCPENNEY. You can place ordered there. The parking lot next to the drive through also has a few numbers for curbside orders. My order was being worked on , they were making a part still that was taking longer. Few drive-thru pickups ago, I got fruit instead of fries in my order, which I did not order. Had to drive all the way back to get it corrected (order was not for myself), should have checked before I left. Last time the food was right but the drink was a soda but I ordered unsweet tea. Was there twice today the first time to sit down & have an early dinner with my daughter. Then stopped on my way out the mall to pick up dinner for my husband & kid at home. I wish I could give no stars but sadly that's not an option. I ordered a curbside and we sat for probably 15 mins waiting for someone to finally bring the food. The kid swore it was fresh and fries were cold and to top it off no sauces we ordered were in the bag. The kid also said oh we are busy inside so that was his reason for the food being late and "fresh". I called the manager just to say hey your curbside is taking long and she could care less.
