I picked up breakfast this morning, including chicken, egg and cheese biscuits with breakfast potatoes. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was cold and dry instead of hot and juicy, and the potatoes were just average. I was really looking forward to this meal, but the quality was not what I expected. I hope this was just an off day, but based on this experience I wouldn't order it again. read more

My partner and I came to the Pearland location, 2660 Pearland Pkwy Pearland, TX 77581 United States One sandwich was a Spicy Deluxe and another was a regular deluxe with extra pickles. We were given two Spicy deluxe sandwiches. No big deal. But the real kicker was when I took a third bite into my sandwich and pulled a hair out of my mouth. I knew this wasn't my hair because my hair is straight and black and the hair I pulled out was brown with a slight curl. read more

I am a huge lover of Chick fil a! I visit this location often as it's close to my job. I did have a problem with my last order. I asked for fresh fries. When I got them, they were hard, HARD! I had to park to go inside. The manager was very attentive and got me fresh fries quickly. They were very salty but fresh. Had to get back to work, so, I just kept them without eating them. read more

I decided to stop in and get a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich while shopping in the center. The sandwich had no meat, so I returned to the store to let them know they had neglected to add it. At least four people took the sandwich, opened it, and looked at it before one person handed it to someone, told them to add meat, and gave it back to me. I am not sure if everyone was wearing gloves; however, if you work the register, you should change your gloves before handling food. This didn't happen, and after everyone had the opportunity to view the sandwich, it is protocol to return the same sandwich to the customer. Needless to say, I refused the sandwich and left the restaurant still hungry. I am shocked that service at Chick-fil-A has stooped to this level. read more

Man... I didnt think you could ever have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A... The people were amazing. Super polite as always and pleasant to talk to. I ordered a lunch menu item during breakfast so it is expected that I wait extra 10-15 min or so. Not a problem. Their icecream machine was broken so no frosted coffee, I asked for the granola parfait and that wasnt given (all in fairness I didnt see it on my receipt either), the two polynesian sauces I asked for was missing, and the large fries I ordered was didnt feel like it was full. Unfortunately no photos The food was delivered neatly and nicely, and they added a free cookie and brownie - i presume for the lack of frosted coffee. Nice touch but I still wanted my parfait. Honestly I've never had to check my food at a chick fil a before so its on me that I didnt get all that I asked for. Now the biggest disappointment was the chicken that they had given me. A slight bit overcooked so it was a bit dry, and I swear they chose the flattest piece i guess theyre mindful for my diet haha. man that poly sauce woulda came in clutch Parking lot, menu board, and everything else looked clean tho. read more

Wow, shoutout to Shelma the manager for redefining "customer service." I came back after waiting from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. because my order was wrong, and instead of a simple "sorry," I got attitude, arrogance, and a full performance in dismissiveness. Apparently fixing their own mistake was too much to ask. I even asked for some kind of compensation for wasting half my day, but Shelma made sure to make that request as difficult as possible. If you're into rude management and bad vibes, this is definitely the place for you. read more

Place is ran by annoying teenagers that spend their time playing around. My order was correct but the wait time was annoyingly long due to the teenage employees who were too busy playing around instead of working. Additionally it'd be nice to know which chick fil a has a playground and which one doesn't from their website. Showed up here with my kiddos hoping for some playtime and there was no playground. read more

Food is whatever. It's chick fil a. The service at this location is awful. I blame the operator, Jason Deyo, for being money hungry and not caring about the community. I have worked at chick fil a years back in high school (East Pearland - Jake Smith) and we were trained to greet guests and had competencies. This new generation of CFA workers is lazy, sloppy, and could care less about customer service. I visited on May 17, and Pearl, who took my order through the drive thru was incompetent. I had to repeat myself 3 times. It's almost as if she wasn't even listening. This job isn't hard! I won't patronize this location unless absolutely necessary. Jake Smith or Bryan Bullington are much better operators than this Jason Deyo dude, but even then CFA is the new McDonalds. read more

Ordered a salad through the mobile app and selected drive thru as my pick up method. I pull in the drive thru and am told to wait in curbside. 20 minutes later, my order status changes to saying it's ready and disappears from the app soon afterwards. I walk in and tell the manager my issue. She says there was a miscommunication and they don't have tomatoes and aren't able to make my salad unless I'm fine with no tomatoes (I actually unselected tomatoes when ordering) and makes me my salad. I suppose they were just hoping I'd go away and weren't actually planning on coming out to tell me. I will never come back to this location again. read more

I had a great experience here today. Angela was busy at work cleaning the lobby and was so kind offering refills to all the patrons. It was clean inside and the food was fresh. Wait time was pretty standard for Chick-fil-A and the food arrived promptly to my table. The location nearest me is bad to give you cold fries and not fill the carton so it was nice to get a full, hot, and fresh carton of fries. Nice service, hot food and clean environment. I will be back. read more

This is my go to Chick-fil-A. The food and service are always on point. I usually order through their mobile app and do curbside pickup. It is probably a sin to critique Chick-fil-A negatively, but this somewhat new location needs to step up it's game. We have done curbside pick up here a few times and every time, something is wrong with the order. The wait times are also longer here. I have been going here since it opened, I'm just upset that when I pay for a large fry upgrade it just looks like they have dumped a medium fry into a large container. This has been over the 3rd time it's happened and I always forget to check before I leave. I'm not sure if anyone else has run into the same problem. I work in food service so I understand it can be hectic and you could be low on fries or whatnot but they had me pull in a curbside spot to wait as well for my food which is fine but I feel it wasn't delivered to quality with how many fries I received. read more

Would leave a zero star. Honestly, not sure why I come to this location. You pretty much have to open your order, open the wrapper/box to confirm the order is there or made correct. This location is poorly managed, poorly trained. Not sure if it's laziness or what, but this exact location is terrible. The one by home depot is better. Stay away from the Pearland Parkway location. Wow. This is the first time that I think I was completely disappointed with my meal. The drive through was slow (nothing new for this location) and they didn't have employees with the tablets taking orders, so everyone was having to order through the intercom. I ordered the #8 combo: Chick-fil-a Cool Wrap with unsweet iced tea. I asked for Avocado Lime Ranch dressing and repeated it to make sure they would include it in my order. I typically don't check my food at Chick-fil-a because they're usually pretty good about getting the order correct, but when the employee handed me my food, something told me to check it, and I didn't. I'm regretting that now. When I got home, I was missing the dressing. This wrap is completely dry. Luckily I had ranch dressing at home that I was able to put on the wrap. The iced tea which is never bitter was bitter! This is the first time that I've had iced tea at Chick-fil-a that didn't taste like it was freshly brewed. The wrap barely had any chicken in it. It was mostly lettuce and cheese. This entire meal was trash. I waited in line for 20 minutes for a trashy meal. I don't know if tonight was just an off night, but do better Chick-fil-a. read more

I was excited to have this place open up 5 years ago. I've only ate there 3 times. Their chicken sandwiches are the thinnest I've ever had. I work in Deer Park and go to the Chic-fil-a off of Spencer all the time. Their service is outstanding and their chicken sandwiches are like what's advertised on the commercial you see on TV, thick and juicy. I'd drive 30 minutes away on a Saturday to eat at that Chic-fa-a before I go back here. If you like a lot of bread with a sliver of chicken, then this is the place for you. I hope someone high up in the franchise reads this review and does something about the thin chicken breast they put in their sandwiches. I'd go here a lot more if they'd correct that and would gladly put up with slow service. read more

Brand new location! I used the drive thru today. Everything went great. This location has dual covered drive thru lanes, which will be nice for the employees outside taking orders. Another family dinner ruined by their incompetence. Continue to forget to make sure all the food is in their drive through orders. This time they forgot a full meal and an additional sandwich. This CFA is right by my house and I have small kids so we eat at it a ton but it is the slowest one I've ever been to and that's consistently. This has always been the chick fil a we always go to for quite a while. I have seen it when the service was top tier and seen it go more and More downhill. No hello, no "for *name*?". The employee in the window was having a conversation with her other coworkers At the window. BY FAR the worst CFA I have ever been to. I've lived less than a mile from this CFA for the past two years and I honestly cannot count the number of problems I have had with my orders, but all of that might be forgivable if they weren't SO.... EVERLOVING.... SLOOOOW!!!! I have never, in my life, been to a slower CFA. Honestly, it's probably in the top 3 slowest drive thrus that I have ever experienced. I've pulled into the line with 20+ minutes to spare and had this place make me late for work numerous times. In fact, I no longer go here for breakfast anymore. There is a different CFA (which is typically about 5X as busy) about 5 miles past my work from my house, and it is faster for me to drive out of my way to that CFA in rush hour traffic than it is just to stop by the CFA by my house which is on the way to my work. I sincerely hope someone reads this in the CFA organization that can do something about this, because I LOVE CFA, I live right by a CFA, but everytime I go here I have to consciously decide to go spend potentially 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Oh, and I've been referring to how slow they are at breakfast. Dinner time is often times worse. Always check your order, and don't be fooled into thinking it'll be quick if you only see only 2-3 cars in their drive thru. They'll still take forever. read more
