One of the slowest chickfilas I have ever been to. Everyday they have a line and a 10+ minute wait whether they have 10 people going through in the morning or 30 in the afternoon. I've never been to a Chick Fil A in my life, and only decided to go here because I was already in Jonesboro for shopping. A really good first experience! Eating in the restaurant is pretty loud, but the service is quick and on-point (besides a drink that was given to us that wasn't ours, but we cleared that up quickly). I got the deluxe chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Juicy but not greasy, fresh tomatoes, crunchy lettuce... easily the best friend chicken sandwich of any fast food place I've been to (sorry Sonic). My favorite part was the fries; they were good without ketchup, which is always a good sign. The sweet tea was just average. Later I went back for a peppermint shake and it was amazing. Not too thick or thin, and the crunchy peppermint candies really make it special. Good portions for a good price! Obviously a lot of hard working people at this restaurant. Don't be alarmed by the long line and stop by after your shopping trip (or before, if you want to walk it off). read more

When I travel Chick-Fil-A is my family's fast food of choice. We never ever where disappointed. That's why it's taking me a whole month to write this review about my odd experience with this location from 7pm-8pm on Saturday the 9th of May 2020. We pull up to the drive through at about 7:10 to order our food. Only 2 cars ahead of us and we placed our order for 5 people with five spicy chicken meals and 5 extra sandwiches. We paid and proceeded to the window. After they handed us our drinks, we were asked to pull to a waiting station. After waiting for 10 minutes we never received our food, I stepped out of the car and asked one of the handlers about the food and they said they are making it fresh. I ordered just about the same sandwiches as most of the people order with nothing special. We started to count how many cars got there orders and moved on while we are still waiting. Now it has been 35 minutes and "17" cars passed us before I exploded and got out of the car to find out what is going on. I was hoping the my are not butchering the chickens to make our sandwiches, saying fresh. It took about another 10 minutes and it was 8:02 before our order came with 5 fries large French Fries as ordered but halfway full. I asked the person why, and he said that's how they are, and I told him not from my experience, a large is a large that's full. So he went in and came back with 4 regular fries. This was the craziest service I ever had with a fast food restaurant. I have some preservations that I'm keeping myself from writing. This was really bad. read more

I'm going to be honest, even though I'm giving a 5-star rating I can't believe I had my first issue with Chick-fil_A today. The reasoning behind that is not due to the employees at this location or the food, I never have a problem and they've always been wonderful. However, I feel like corporate is trying to get in the way of these great workers. While I usually frequent this location I've been to other Chick-Fil-A's and never once had an issue getting lunch items before 10:30. They've always asked me if I would be okay with a longer wait, because obviously it's not something as ready to go because of the time, and the only thing it really costs me is my time. That has never once been a problem. Today I was informed of something that sort of left me speechless. Their corporate office are cracking down on keeping restaurants from selling any kind of lunch during breakfast. The worker who told me this is usually there 9 times out of 10 that I order, and he even seemed worried when I tried to order my lunch at 10:29 that we both waited a minute. Even he understood that this is a stupid change. Even though I trusted this guy, I called Chick-Fil-A to find out if this was really a change in policy or not. The lady I spoke with on the phone left me flabbergasted, as I learned it was ALWAYS their policy and had never once changed. Their restaurant, their rules I guess but it just seems like a stupid thing to enforce now. You've got competition like McDonald's who offers full breakfast/partial lunch and full lunch/partial breakfast, Burger King who offered partial lunch during breakfast, Sonic who offers a full menu all day. So in 2019 Chick-Fil-A feel like they need to crack down on lunch at breakfast? I truly believe the corporate offices of Chick-Fil-A are doing a disservice to the rank and file employees. read more

This is how the Chick-fil-a Turtle Creek in Jonesboro AR treats their customers. We bought a punch off card from them for a fundraiser with no expiration date. The card was supposed to be good for 10 sandwiches. We had 5 remaining. We tried to use the card a couple of weeks ago and they refused to honor the remaining 5 sandwiches. The manager said they just decided not to honor them anymore. I was flabbergasted to say the least. Not to mention that my wife found and old straw wrapper in her drink and hair in the kids food. Line was pretty long but nothing like we had seen the line on the weekend. Were able to get through in about ten minutes and our order was all there and correct. When I lived in Georgia I seldom dined at Chick Fil A. In fact, I really didn't understand why anyone went out of their way to eat here. The signature sandwich, a chicken patty with some sliced pickles and a side of lukewarm waffle fries? And they are closed on Sunday. Huh?! The employee that took our order advised us NOT to order a few off the menu. Then when I stated something sounded good she said, "Please don't make me make that." Are here a couple of days ago. I had the southwestern chicken salad. It was fantastic. I got the creamy salsa dressing. I usually don't do salads, but I'm trying to eat healthier (except for a salad dressing with "creamy" in the name). As usual for every Chick-Fil-A on the planet the service was top notch and the food came fast and tasty. One thing I'd like to tout about them is they offer a 50% discount for police, firefighters, emt, and military. Fifty percent is a huge discount! I didn't join the military to get discounts, but you better believe I'm gonna take advantage of it, and this is one of the best discounts I've encountered yet. My only gripe with Chick-Fil-A is how stinking busy they are at all times. But that's not really something they can control unless they lower their standards. And we don't want that! UPDATE: The fam and I stopped in here this afternoon for some 'Christian Chicken.' It was good. But I wanted to point out that the 50% discount has gone away and now it's 10%. This used to be a great place. Now I consider it to be one of the worst I've ever seen. The service is atrocious, the crew is rude, my orders have been wrong before but never to this extent. The level of cleanliness is almost as bad as a restaurant can get. I kept thinking it would get better so have gone back four times in a month but it got worse. However; in recent years chick fil a has digressed. The service has slowed. The my pleasures are a rarity. The chicken upholds it's quality and standard but the taste is somewhat dulled without the above and beyond customer service. The whole side of the restaurants with the bathroom was being cleaned, we had to ask for our fries and drink that we were missing, got pickles on our sandwiches even though we asked for none, the sprite was gross, the chicken nuggets were beyond pitiful, we didn't get whipped cream on our shakes (we weren't asked wether we wanted some or not) and I have never seen such a nasty dining area!!! Food quality is good and the staff are very friendly but today was the third time in two months it has taken extra time and attention to receive my order in the drive through. Twice I have had incorrect orders presented to me that I have to then park and go inside to get corrected. Today, I was told that my order would take an extra two minutes to be ready and to pull around. After another 11.5 minutes and in incorrect order being presented to me I finally received my order. The entire point of going through the drive through is to get food when I'm a hurry. After three instances of extra time required for this convenience, I will visit another restaurant when in a hurry. read more
