I've never been through the drive thru here, I always online order and pickup in the restaurant. The only time I've ever had to wait for my order is when they were already filling a giant catering order. In my opinion thats something they should have a plan in place or a standard to prevent this. My order today and every other day after this has been ready and waiting on me since then. They look pretty clean in there and the sanit. Rating is great too so no complaints there. A trick is if you go ahead and have them start making your order before you get there it will be ready instead of them preparing it when you get there. Keep in mind that may affect the temperature of your meal, not drastically but if it gets done too early using that method it's on you and not them. Last but not least, never had bad food from here. Fries can be on the cooler side of warm but still edible and the sandwiches are always pristine. One time had a real flaky bun but everybody messed up. Personally, I generally avoid Chick-fil-a most of the time for many reasons. It's very pricey, it's always a mad house, and honestly (as an overall brand) it's not as good as it used to be in either the taste of the food or the service. Specifically when it comes to the food, I do not enjoy the change in the fries they made. This location is nice though, it's one of the few fast food places in the entire city that still has a kids play place for the little ones to run free for a little bit. That makes it a good place to bring the kids because they both love Chick-fil-a nuggets and they love the play area. While the traditionally exemplary service you used to get at Chick-fil-a has fallen off a bit, everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful still. read more

I was on my way to work but was very hungry. I placed an order for carry out at 5:17 PM on a Tuesday evening. I got the eight count nuggets, fries, and half sweet tea/half lemonade for my beverage. I also got a brownie. I was maybe a minute away from the restaurant when the order was placed. When I arrived, I parked and waited a couple minutes before going inside. Around 5:21pm, I received a notification via the app that my food was ready and that I would get it soon. By this time, I was already inside waiting. By the pick up area. I heard other people's name be called but mine hadn't been. At 5:26pm, I went to the counter and my food was ready. My name wasn't called, so I don't know how long my food was sitting there. When I got to my car, I started to eat my fries and they were okay. They were more on the warm side and didn't seem the freshest. However, they weren't nasty. The chicken nuggets weren't as crispy as I'm used to from Chick Fil A. They were definitely more on the softer side. Nonetheless, they tasted fine. I enjoyed the brownie. The service is usually pretty fast here despite how busy they are. While chick fil a's food is tasty, I have noticed a down tick in their portions. They put fewer fries in the containers, and they don't fill up the soup cups or salad containers. It never looks like a good amount. It's usually less than half of the container. This location you'd think would be fast and less populated since not many neighborhoods around...nope. There was still a line wrapped around the building and made it seem longer even with the eventual double line. (7pm Thurs. night) Drive thru service was just ok. Not the normal chipper/overly happy of people and definitely can tell they were in the dinner rush mode, but not faulting them too much as everyone is still fairly young and wanted to get through the rush. I love Chick-fil-A! This is my go to spot for a quick meal as they never disappoint. That drive thru line though is ridiculous though. I have only made that mistake once. Inside, I have always received my food quickly and I am never disappointed. The service is always great and the employees are always so polite. My go to is the original sandwich but the chicken noodle soup and chicken wrap are delicious! My grandson loves the nuggets and my son is addicted to the shakes. Oh and that diet lemonade is the bomb and I am not a lemonade drinker! Lol! No idea what some of the other complaints are about... I guess some of them center on the drive thru service. I usually go in no matter if I am getting it to go or eating there. Its always so much faster just to park and go in. The food at this CFA is just as good as any other I have been to, and as usual, I would hold their spicy chicken sandwich up against far more expensive ones, and certainly above their rival chains. The service while in the restaurant also hits the mark. I've been to this one at least a dozen times, and I can't think of a complaint or a wrong order. read more

Probably the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. The line was out the door with only 1 lady working the register while everyone else in the back was making drinks and running food to the table. Chain restaurants thrive because of convenience and consistency, and when those two characteristics are missing, you end up with a less than winning experience, even with this adored chain. Whoever laid out the drive thru arrangement for this restaurant is a sick ass, and it is a double drive thru, so make that a doubly sick ass! It does no good to describe it, you have to experience it first hand - twisted, confused, contorted - and once in the maze, there is no clear way out. We went there to try the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad hoping it would be close to the one Wendy's offered a while back - it wasn't. We ordered the salad, an Original Chicken Sandwich, and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The spicy chicken, in both the salad and the sandwich, was just too hot for both of us - it numbed the tongue to the point you tasted nothing, only hurt! I have eaten at a number of Chick-Fil-A locations, and have always found the food to be a little above average, and I've always admired how the company's business model and philosophy, but this location, and these specific dishes, are not good ideas! read more

I frequently buy from this location, word to the wise - I find it quicker to go inside for my order when the drive through is busy. Once, while I was waiting on a sandwich the Manager offered me a free drink while I waited "for my inconvenience". That was very thoughtful, even though I wasn't bothered at all - it was clear that everyone was hustling. My husband says that he's concerned about the French Fries though. In his observation that when I pick our food our French Fries seem to be a smaller portion than when HE picks up our food. I find it hard to review chain restaurants, because each chain pretty much offers the same thing, with some variation based on size and region. Therefore I am going to review this based primarily on the location itself, with the food secondary to the location. I do not eat much fried food, but if I get a hankering for a great chicken sandwich, I would recommend a visit to Chik-fil-A. I have ordered off their regular menu and breakfast menu, and I must say that I have enjoyed ordering stuff off both. Chik-fil-A mostly has a positive reputation for great food and service, and this location is pretty similar to others that I have visited. The customer service is great, the food is great, and the restaurant itself is cared for as well. On occasion, I might see some signs of imperfect upkeep, but when I do, they are normally during busy times. Additionally, I wish the chain itself would offer more in the way of healthy offerings. I do not like their grilled chicken sandwich much (as of 2015), so after that, my choices are limited to salads, oatmeal, apple slices, among others. Still, these are very minor things, and I must say I find this location to be excellent. read more

Big fan of Chick-fil-a, but I can't recommend this location with others relatively close by and much, much better. I came here a lot when I lived nearby and it was inconsistent even then. After their remodeling a few years back, both their food and customer service seemed to have gone downhill fast and furiously. I have yet to get anything fresh here since. I donated to their food drive once and the cashiers looked at me like I had 2 heads.
