Yesterday my friend and I stopped to have lunch at Chick Filet. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted by Luke a very nice young man! He was so prompt and efficient, he answered all our question looked up calories and went above from what we are use to! He made a stressful day better. We dine a lot of places and usually do not eat at Chick Filet do to some policy's they have on gays! They take your order with a 13 year old and an iPad, they don't have menus so if you don't know exactly what to order you can't. Its only so busy because its the only fast food place in the area that's not the disgusting Wendys on the corner. I hate it when I come here. read more

Shopping at Coconut Point we jumped over here for our usual. Except we ordered the Cobb salad with grilled filet instead of nuggets because we need it less sodium for our diet. We always also order an extra filet. In the drive thru, the manager came out with her husband the owner and told us they don't do that. They are the first CFA we have gone to that do not do it from all around the country. She explained they could choose to override corporate standards like the others do, but technically there is more meat in the filet than the nuggets on the salad so they don't. Off to the next cfa. Not sure how losing $30 order is worth saving the difference between nuggets vs filet, but it is for them. read more

These operators, have the social distancing drive thru figured out about as week as possible during the pandemic. They have have team members gloved and masked and one to two standing 10ft back from car line in the drive thru lanes, one way traffic throughout, very quick contactless pay, or thru app, and or card reader with contactless, or self chip/swipe no keyed payment. They have a box presented with food handled with glove and mask by one person 2nd gloved/masked replacing next cars ordered items in the box and presented 6 ft from car window so you barely stop, just grab your bag/drink and go. Zero wait, zero contact and truly customer focused team members with smiles and "my pleasure" responses. These guys should be recognized for the responsible operators/owners/team members they are and the valuable service they offer. Thanks so much for opening up right after the hurricane. We had no power and were driving around just to cool off with the AC and we saw this place open. This was the ONLY place open we found. You don't know how good it is to eat hot food after days of PB&J's! The drive thru lines were super long but they had a limited menu so it didn't take nearly as long as you would have anticipated. The menu we were handed was preprinted and laminated so clearly they were prepared for this type of situation. My only suggestion to them is to have someone directing traffic when you expect large crowds like this one. Cars were coming in from two directions and we were stuck behind an elderly couple that was afraid to "take their turn" and get in line. It took them forever to join in the line. The service wasn't the bad part. I ordered two milkshakes for my son and I. We got them really quick but I have never been to a Chick-fil-A with such horrible customer service. I entered and came up to the counter because I was the only one there. There was barely anyone in the restaurant so they weren't busy. The employees looked at me and kept doing whatever they were doing. So I was just standing there waiting and when someone finally came to the register I wasn't greeted there was no "have a nice day" or "enjoy" or anything. I have visited this Chick-Fil-a store many times. In fact, I have visited many of these stores in the area. My recent experience at this location in Estero happened to be on "cow appreciation day". When we arrived, around 8:30, the manager working at the time let us know that unfortunately they stopped giving away free meals at 7PM. She said that corporate had changed the rules due to people taking advantage of the free food at multiple locations. She then proceeded to say that she way so grateful for our participation in this fun day and decided to give us free meals anyway. Every time I go to Chick-fil-a its always a great experience. This location is located ten minutes away from my house and five minutes away from my work.  They always have there food prepared in a timely manner and offer mobile orders so your food is prepared faster. I usually go there on my break at least twice a week. At peak times the employees are always outside in the drive thru line doing there best to get cars in and out as quickly as possible. They are even outside standing in the hot Florida sun just to make sure that the guests are receiving fast service . Even during this pandemic ordering  drive thru  is  nothing short of efficient and impressive. The Chick fil- a  app is a very important asset that they offer because they give you points for every dollar spent that can be used towards free food items. read more

Why don't restaurants with waiters and waitresses give themselves the "Fil-a-Chick" test to see if they measure up to the "lowly" Chick-fil-A" cuisine? I've been to Applepee's that were horrible compared to this Estero, Florida Chick-fil-A location. They were very friendly here too. The manager comes out to make sure everything is OK. I just ordered from this location through drive thru and it seemed like you were not taking any precaution to protect your employees or customers from Covid 19- no one had masks or practiced self distancing, we felt very uncomfortable the entire time and we were just in drive thru line. I'll be honest I'm not a huge fan of the food at Chick Fil-A besides the waffle fries. However at this particular location I've never had better service in my life at a fast food place. Not only was the cashier one of the nicest I've ever run into and I apologize for forgetting his name but they had a nice gentlemen that waited on tables around the place that was just as helpful and pleasant. I don't know if it's because I'm from Jersey and we were down south but wow I was completely blown away. The waiter came around and asked how our meal was and if we needed any refills on drinks. He even asked if we wanted any more sauces, etc from the condiment bar. I stopped in here for a mid afternoon snack after going to the outlets. The service is friendly. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal that came with medium waffle fries and a drink. I have been going there for years and used to love it but for my last 3 visits they have been rude and nasty. I do not know if the franchise has a new manager but the employees are extremely disrespectful. I called 1 800 chick fil a cares. They had the local manager call me. He continued to be disrespectful. First and foremost I would like to say that I love chick fil a and I have NEVER had any kind of negative or unpleasant experience at a chick fil a. With that being said, I don't understand the rude and incompetent employees they hired at this location recently. I went through the drive-thru with a friend and she wanted to try the frosted lemonade (one of, if not the most expensive, drinks on the menu). As we were leaving the drive-thru she tried and it wasn't what she expected so we went back through to exchange, no refund was expected but just a drink switch out. The man working the drive thru informed us all he could give us was a soft drink. So when we went inside to see why this was the case the lady at the counter was going to switch out her beverage no problem but then the man from the drive thru came back. He said "they have to keep track of the drinks so they can't switch out drinks, we have to purchase a new one", which we were not going to do. I told him to refund my money and we left without a drink. He was rude and didn't even try to help or look like he cared. I will be returning to chick fil a, just not this location. read more
