Had movers at the house, and they suggested Arbys. Placed an 80$ order on their app. Was nervous. Got there 15 minutes later, food ready, still hot. Shakes cold and tons of condiments. The place is clean. The service was friendly. And fed 5 people for 80 was great. Food - I used to love Arbys, and then they went skimpy. Had to get two sandwiches, as they were tiny. Over the last year, they are back to somewhere normal. I got the brisket roast beast for 7$ and am full. And it was good. And I put a lot of Arbys and Horsey on it, cause that's what you do at Arbys. poor quality speaker to order, static, low volume, hard to hear, both ways. Food quality has deteriorated from what it used to be. They are now on par with McDonalds, we used to go here because we knew the quality of the food was better than most other fast food places. That not true anymore. read more

Horrible workers here, staff was most unpleasant they don't know how to pour a coke float, they are really rude they won't give you a refill on the lemonade with barely any lemonade that came in it because it's all ice. This is the drive thru line we went in whoever is working there needs a re evaluation! Horrible place to go to for an enjoyable meal. My past experiences at this fast food joint have been generally average, but this exceptionally bad drive-thru stop deserves some consideration. i've been waiting 20 minutes in the line, finally get up, pay, 2 mins later get my drink, which is not what I ordered, window closes, 3 mins later...door opens..."someone forgot to drop ur poppers for me" 3 mins later I get my food. A good 25- 30 mins in line. Three drive offs behind me after they had ordered. Completely unacceptable...no apology, no offer of anything. Completely aloof to people waiting. If they were cooking me a steak the size of my head, sure you are going to wait, but a beef and cheddar and some poppers with a cold beverage to wash it down, that doesn't exactly conjure up that timeframe. Not sure what the problem is, but good chance I'm done with you. How can you run a business like this? Is there not a manager on duty to diffuse this grease fire? The service was awful! I pre-ordered on my phone and they didn't have it. When I got to the window they didn't even try to compensate for not having the food I ordered (let alone the actual paid for order). When I asked for sauce they gave me 2 packets (5 sandwiches) as I was asking for a bit more they closed the window on me! Very frustrated with this Arby's. Made simple order 2 Med Roast Beef combos, 2 chicken combos, 1 chicken swiss combo. All with med fries and med Dr Peppers. Took over 18 minutes to get our order! Food was fine as expected for Arbys. Service was friendly. The inside has such dirty carpets that I would not recommend eating there. You go see and decide for yourself, so get drive through food. It's not employees fault that rug is old and owner hasn't replaced with tile. read more
