This location…read moredefinitely seems newer--we loved all of the murals along the walls, a lot of EP pride being reflected. The location has a good amount of seating for big and small parties--it wasn't at all busy when we got there so we found seating right away. The employees behind the counter were very kind and courteous throughout the ordering process. The process of ordering is along their counter--you get the opportunity to choose your crust-type and build your own pizza or choose one of their pizza topping options on their menu. The pizzas are personal-sized, enough for one person or enough to split with another person if you're not super hungry. My wife and I decided to split it this time around and we also ordered a salad. A word of caution when building your pizza, don't overload it with too many vegetables or the moisture from them will make your pizza flimsy. We made that mistake! Despite that, the pizza was good!! Our salad dressing of choice was caesar. Kudos to the salad's vegetables tasting super fresh! To drink we had a Strawberry Hibiscus drink that was refreshing and sweet! We really enjoyed our meal. If you're looking for a "healthier" option, Pieology has cauliflower crusts, which is great!!! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!
