Employees are allowed to gossip and talk loudly act "mean girl" style in the dinning room. Disappointed.

I disagree with the one-star rating this Chick Fil A currently has. I don't always review fast food chain places but I feel like this specific Chick Fil A deserves a positive review. This is one of the newer Chick Fil A's in town...I think? It was my first time coming to this specific location. The drive-thru service was prompt and efficient. The drive-thru and inside was packed when I went at around 11:30 am. You do have to have some patience waiting for your order at around that time. I didn't have anywhere to go so it was no problem. The ladies who were helping me out were nice, you know the usual Chick Fil A etiquette. I ordered the 8-piece grilled nuggets with fries and a diet lemonade. I only have one complaint. The fries tasted kind of old. They were a bit stale. My son and grandmother were with me in the car and they liked their food. They didn't complain about the food or waiting in the drive-thru. The whole order was correct. The sauces they gave me were even right! I also like how they automatically include ketchup with your order here! I would come back to this Chick Fil A if I'm in the area. I would say it's easily my second or third favorite location in El Paso. My first is on North Mesa by Walmart, Home Depot. The one on Zaragoza by Walmart is alright too. Hmm...Like some YouTubers, I might start going to one-star restaurants just to see if my experience is the same as theirs. read more

Great fast friendly service as if that's any different than my usual chic Fil a trips.

This chick fil a definitely does not meet other chick fil a's when it comes to service. Specifically in the morning. The drive thru wait times are very long, and the staff is very unprofessional. Talking while taking an order, I had to repeat my order because the woman taking my order was not paying attention because she was laughing and talking . Once I pulled up to the window I had to wait a while and they made my coffee wrong. read more

This Chick Fil A usually gets our order wrong or the food is cold, undercooked or burned. Our family loves Chick Fil A but this location provides very poor service. I recommend the Chick Fil A that is up the street on Zaragoza. We only go to this location because it is convenient on our way home. I wish there was a place where I can provide a picture of the burned buns they placed on our chicken sandwiches the last time we ordered. My kids were very disappointed when they bit into their chicken sandwich and the buns were burned. I just hope this review is seen by management from Chick Fil A so that they can improve the service at this location. For others that see this review don't be surprise if your order is wrong or the food is not what you typically expect from a Chick Fil A location. I recommend you check your food before leaving the location or before the employee leaves when you are ordering delivery. I have had at least 6 bad experiences at this location and this location does not improve their service. This last burned bun experience will keep me away from this location. My mistake for choosing convenience over service. The location on 1840 N. Zaragoza is only a 10 min. drive difference but the service is consistent and very good. read more

My experience at the Rojas location was definitely not a WOW experience! Beware if you pay with your debit card. If you pay at the start of your order and then they charge you again at the booth because they will say the transaction didnt go through. YES it will go through twice....they will not refund you the money until the transaction goes off pending ..Mine took 3 days to clear. I was told to call once it cleared and they would fix it over the phone as long as I had the receipt I could just give them the order number. Well when I call to try to get my reimbursement I am told they dont do this over the phone anymore and I have to email my receipt before I can get my money credited. Sounded as if they were to busy, but hey I also am very busy and this was not any of my fault! They create their mess and make you work to get it back...Their leadership team needs to be consistent with their policy. Very disappointed at the customer service. The several times I explained the double charge they weren't listening they didnt care I felt like their worded script was so fake. YES I could take a picture of my receipt and email it but I went to Chickfila paid for my meal in good faith and came out double charged and they did not honor what they originally said they would do over the phone! I called their corporate office.and they did a better job of listening and was told the appropriate people (???) would get back to me....well that was 2 days ago and haven't heard back from the appropriate team...CHICKFILA if you need the money that bad keep it, but the values youre mission statement say didnt apply to this customer. read more

Worst chick- fil-a in El Paso. My card was charged twice in the drive thru. A month later I am still waiting for a refund. Watch your bank statements very carefully if you go to this location. Horrible service!!! read more

I'm so happy there is finally a Chic Fil A near me! Every time I've came, they've been quick and organized to get my food to me. The employees are always very kind and helpful. The only sad part is I've ordered from the app and still had to wait in the drive through line. Hopefully that will change. Other than that, this place is great! read more
