They are VERY nice at this location. But, this morning was the final straw. Out of the last three orders I have had an issue three times! First issue, I ordered a sandwich with NO BUN. Just got a different kind of bun. Ugh! I can't eat it because I am allergic to wheat. Called and they gave me a partial refund. Second issue, I got smart, I ordered the grilled filet and told them I am allergic to wheat. I got a fried filet. Well crap! Another partial refund for the item. Then this morning, I was in a rush. I ordered three sausages, an order of eggs, three hash browns, a yogurt and tea. I waited five minutes for the sausage and then they told me it would be another five minutes. I told them I'm so sorry but I can't wait because my husband has to get to work. Can you please just give me a refund for the sausage and I am sooo sorry! They were nice and took care of it quickly so I could get out of there. THANK YOU! Then I drove away and they didn't give me the yogurt! #facepalm. I had to call again for another refund. Each time I order for my kids and I. The kids food comes out fine, but mine is messed up. I try to make it as uncomplicated as possible. Excellent food, always fresh every time we've been. We recently used this location for very large party trays of nuggets, wraps and fruit and they got them ready to go in under an hour and everything was fresh and delicious with plenty of sauces and dressings. The trays were in super easy to carry plastic bags with handles and they helped me carry them to the car. I will say this particular Chic Fil A is packed and the parking is very cramped. They really should have put it in a larger spot in the area because it's hard to get in and out at times due to the strip center traffic (only reason I took off one star). read more

This McDonalds is disguised as a chickfila. I have never been to a chickfila that was so disrespectful, so unorganized, and bad management. When I went here, I ordered two iced teas and a sprite. When my sister tried the sprite, there was no syrup in it, I understand sometimes it runs out but when I brought it back, the lady that gave it to me had unnecessary attitude. I asked if she could take the faulty sprite and she said no but I can through it away in a trash can, there was no compassion, I understand she can not take it back but she brushed me off. First time coming to Chick-fil-A (EVER since the 80s, weird, right?), but I had an unpleasant experience and doubt I'll return. I parked and walked in because being unfamiliar with the menu I didn't know how to handle the people with the clipboards. Inside I was met with a scene like a crowded Walmart or airport terminal: noisy, untidy and chaotic. I figured out where to get in line, and cashier took my order and asked my name, then went to the next customer. I wasn't sure where to go and he didn't tell me though I asked, so I moved aside a few feet to wait. After 10 minutes he asked me what I was waiting for..."uh, for you to call my name and give me my food??" He took my receipt and went looking around asking cooks etc., then found my order already bagged but sitting on the far other end of the counter. When leaving, their parking lot was so packed I was trapped there behind a line of cars doing I don't know what (not ordering, maybe waiting for people to pull out?), until I literally had to back out of the entrance lane onto the street just to get out of there. It literally gave me a headache dealing with this place, a headache that dissipated shortly after I got home! Not sure why this place is so popular. The food was pretty good and that's why I give it two stars, but it was such an obnoxious hassle to get it and get out! I see this location has the worst Yelp reviews of any Chick-fil-As in the area. Judging from other reviews' details my experience was not out of the ordinary. Maybe I'll try another location next time, but doubt I'll ever return to this one. read more

Great Food, and they did a really good job on the fries, they also had good efficient service

This is literally the worst to Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They are closed every other day because someone and they are has Covid and the quality is never consistent. Sunday is the fries are so hard and burnt it just makes you mad. I came last week to order breakfast, but there was a hair in my food so I didn't end up eating it. I called and they told me they would replace my meal. I went to go pick it up, and they told me that they would only replace the sandwich and not my fruit cup and tried to charge me five dollars for it. If there was a hair in my sandwich why would I eat any of the food especially during a pandemic? They told me to pull around to the front because my drive-through order was not ready, and then I proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes while they forgot about me. My go to place is Chick-Fil-A! Food's is great & service wonderful. Today awful. Sat in the drive-thru line for 10 min. No one ever came on as I continued to yell hello. I noticed about 5 cars pass me from other drive thru. I pulled up & the drive thru girl told me that speaker doesn't really work. Yet there's no Out of order sign. I order my food pull around & they gave me the wrong food. The girl taking my order didn't seem to care much anyway. I park go inside & didn't get much out of them either. They corrected my order. This chik fil a is a disappoinment. I've never been to a Chik Fil A that doesn't deliver great customer service, happy people working,and smiles before this visit. Made a mistake of going in Alyssa's ( I think that's what her name tag said) line this morning which caused 4 cars to go before me in the next line all because she wouldn't walk over 3 feet to take my order. I couldn't scoot up to be right in front of her face bc the back end of the truck before me was sticking out a little. On top of that she was digging in her pocket filled with snacks I suppose and kept munching while taking my order. At the window service didn't get much better The girl acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked for a coffee stirrer. Waited 20 minutes on curbside and no assistance. Walked in and I was told, "Yeah the app went down since it's raining. It'll be back up in a few minutes." Employee proceeded with her work. So she was expecting me to keep waiting outside until the app worked for me to get my food. I will definitely say that this Chick-fil-A is hit or miss. This is the only location that I have been to, that consistently forgets to give me everything I need for my order. I will order a salad, but there will be no utensils or dressing. Sometimes I order a sandwich and they forget to give me my sauce. Or they will give you a drink with no straw. Something that is small, but just annoying enough to make it matter. The staff are generally always friendly, and whenever I do have an issue, they are quick to resolve it. Also, the workers here do not say my pleasure. I was kind of shocked the first time it happened but now I'm used to it. I thought that was some thing standard across all of the Chick-fil-A locations, but I suppose not.At the beginning of the pandemic, they were closed every other day because it seem to be a super spreader location, but they have been open consistently the past few weeks so I'm guessing they resolved that. There breakfast items are small and usually extremely dry tasting. I was not happy with what I was serviced. The bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit meal was not as good as Whataburger across the street in taste. The eggs seemed packaged and the bacon was over cooked. The biscuit was as dry as the Desert. My wife can't stand their breakfast items and ordered lunch. Hers was perfect and she stated that it tasted as good as normal. I guess avoid breakfast from Chic-Fil-A is the the tip here. read more

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. They're slow, most days they are rude, and about 80% of the time my order is wrong. This is the WORST Chick Fil A I've ever been too. I come almost every day (except Sunday) to at least get my sweet tea in the mornings. The whole crew in the morning is just awful. They are rude and my order is usually never correct. A few times they've made me pull around to the mobile ordering parking and bring out my breakfast sandwich 20 minutes later! And when I've made it to work it isn't even what they were waiting on.. BACON!... it's usually just egg or chicken. This Chick-Fil-A is our go to on the way to the island. Like most of of the chain, they are friendly and will come out to take orders when it is overwhelmed--but be warned hat this particular store is ALWAYS packed! An average wait before the rush is 10-15 minutes; if you get there after the rush begins it could be 20-25 minutes. This is compounded by the setup of the drive-thru, which has one lane, blocks parking spaces, and causes cars to create a jam at the stop sign just outside the parking lot. We still frequent it but we give ourselves extra time and prepare for a long wait for our tasty chicken. read more

We come to this location once a week, solely because that's my son's request because he likes to come on their family night Tuesday's. The food is great for fast food, I don't eat fast food besides chick-fil-a. My complaint is that they have some very strange and disrespectful kids working here.. I worked at the old Bay Area location in high school and the owner there ruled that place with an iron fist - which thinking back was great because we never had an attitude and were always on the ball. I think the staff needs more training and management that is better at keeping them on task. One of the kids (his name is Shelby - and just noticed he's got a previous complaint on here from another Yelper so this kid really needs to be let go) dropped my cup as he was getting our drinks and proceeded to pick it back up and start filling it up.. I asked him if he just used the cup he dropped (not really a question as much as it was pointing out I saw what he did) and he tried to play me for a fool and said he switched it real quick. No, dude. I wasn't born yesterday. Had a different girl get me a new drink. There are some interesting characters to be had here. Too many people are in need of jobs to keep people who don't care about working employed. We will likely start going to another location because there is never an improvement. read more

We went recently visited and the service was subpar for Chick-fil-a. The drive thru was backed-up to the street. We timed each car and it took approximately two minutes for each vehicle to get away from the speaker. When we arrived at the speaker, we realized why it was taking so long. It took awhile for our order to be taken and we could barely hear the young lady taking the order. She apparently was multi-tasking, as she had to ask us to repeat our order and still had it wrong when she repeated it back to us. When we arrived at the window, the window attendant took our money and walked away. A gentlemen, who we assume was an asst. manager due to his shirt, brought our sack of food to us and thanked us. We had to tell him that the ice cream cone that was melting just inside the window was ours. He proceeded to pick it up but checked the monitor to see if it really belonged to us. No apology...just handed it to us and walked away. The ice cream tasted like cheap ice milk and not the creamy, rich taste we love about their ice cream. I walked into Chick Fil A at 10:28am, stood in line for at least 15min because on this day, they were severely under staffed and took around 5min to help each customer. I tried to order two grilled egg white sandwhiches for my wife and I... and before I could even finish saying "grilled egg white sandwhiches" the lady cashier cut me off and aggressively said "Sir, breakfast is over!" I calmly asked what time it was and she said 10:44. I tried to explain that I had been standing in line for at least 15min. She did not want to here it. So I walked out. Not too stoked about this. I actually do video production for Chick Fil A corporate videos a few times a year and have never had an uncounted like this. And I hardly ever complain. read more
