I hate to write a bad review, but let me explain. I LOVE CFA and we eat it multiple times per week. The food at this location is always good and the people are always friendly and courteous. So why the bad review you ask? They NEVER get orders correct. The last 5 times through the drive thru they have messed up 4 of them. I even questioned them and said "the last few times they've been wrong, can you double check?" I was assured that it was all in there (food for four people). I get home and once again I am missing multiple pieces of my order. I don't care how friendly you are, and if your food is good... It is ANNOYING to spend $40+ for a meal, drive home and find that someone's meal was not put in the bag. If they fix their ordering problems and quality control, I'll give them 4-5 stars. read more

This Chick-fil-a is on my way to and from work, so I pass it nearly every day. I've been there more than most. It is quite simply the BEST Chick-fil-a location I've ever been to. A couple of reviewers gave it poor marks for service, that's absurd. It's the best run location. End of story. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. Not one time EVER have they forgotten to provide condiments or a smile. Yes, it's the best chicken sandwhich around. Everyone knows the food is consistently very good (great for a company that sells a billion chicken sandwhiches each year). My only complaint is they don't sell the Peppermint Chip milkshake all year long. read more

On a Saturday at noon their lines for the drive thru were all the way out of the parking lot! The inside was also packed with people including a baseball team. In spite of all this, we were still able to order within minutes and our food was brought out to us shortly after sitting down. Management did really well staffing for expected traffic! read more

I won't say what the girl at the drive-thru did for fear that people would take advantage but as a (usually frazzled & always forgetful) mom of 2 she totally saved my day & as embarrassed as I was she totally used that moment to make me smile! For the first time I was a little disappointed today. The service was slow, but it was during peak hours so of course that's not a big deal. I worked at CFA for two years back in high school, I remember how crazy it can get during the busy hours! However, after I got my food and returned to work (everything was through the drive thru), I realized that I had been given a half a thing of fries, like an obviously low amount, and my tea was half full and unsweet... :/ Come on guys, I know your busy but come on. Just got back from this location and was disappointed when I looked in my bag. It was missing the two cookies I ordered. I went up to the window and he repeated my ordered and the cookies were listed and I was charged for them and never received them. This has happened before at this location. read more

This is a solid Chick-Fil-A. It's well run and the staff is courteous. All items (in the literally hundreds of times we've been to this CFA) are up to CFA's high standards. The few times we've had a problem, they've been awesome about it. We've held our son's birthday party there multiple times and it's great. This Chick-fil-A is one of the worst I've ever been to. I spent 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be disappointed. Usually the service at Chick-fil-A's is really fast but they took forever. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles and fat free honey mustard dressing and half lemonade, half water as my drink. The man on the speaker asked again if it was the dressing or the dipping sauce and I said the dressing. When I got to the window, they gave me regular honey mustard dipping sauce which I don't like cause it's way too tangy and there was no ice in my drink. Absolutely none. I was not impressed with this Chick-fil-A's service and I will not be back. Go to the one at Brookstone, they listen to your order and get it right. read more

Good food and service at this location, as is expected with Chick-fil-a, but it simply gets too busy at lunchtime, with cars backing up creating long waits and traffic issues for people trying to get to neighboring businesses. Perhaps it's time to open a new location nearby. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but the service this location provided was unacceptable. They gave me a drink with a hole the size of a quarter punched into the bottom of it. I didn't realize this since it was in a cup holder. The drink leaked all over me car. When I called to tell them about what happened (not even wanting to get anything free out of it), the female manager didn't apologize but was rude and sounded annoyed. No manners whatsoever. Although my wife and I love Check-fil-A, I refuse to go back to this location. Every time we come here the drive through line is insane. No matter what you do, it's not a matter of first come and first serve and alternating cars in a dual lane system. Pulled up today and had a jeep that was originally behind us. Even though there were two cashier employees taking orders, we were waiting for a cashier who was available and free - and a new cashier comes up walks over to the jeep who was originally behind us even though there was someone taking the order in front of them and they would have been next. Well - regardless, when we got up to the merge point - we had to wait for two cars in the right lane to pull into the single lane before we could move forward - that's just crap. But what do you expect... when you walk in - there really is no line and it's kind of mayhem - Love the food - but it's really not worth going back for. I told my wife if she wants to go and be deal with 'no first come first serve policy' then go ahead - but I refuse to go back. Also when I told the manager - she just did the sarcastic approach of ' we are sorry that we incovenienced you' which was not the least bit genuine! I'll find other places to eat. read more

I was completely disgusted by my experience which is very unusual for Chick Fil A, which I have always found to be the best. In this case and at this particular location the bathrooms were disgusting, water overflowing from the toilet and the urinal was blocked with debris as well, trash on the floor and to top it off there was no soap. This was the men's room, my wife also commented to me that the lady's room was disgusting as well. The service was lousy and there was teenage employees standing around socializing with friends and trying to find ways to do nothing, all the while the restaurant looked trashed and there were no napkins in the holders. I have been in management at many levels throughout my 40 years in business and I always feel that leadership starts at the top and at this Chick Fil A it is lacking and whoever it is either has no control over staff or just doesn't care.
