The president of this management was no better with his behavior . when i complained about the extension of a lease to purchase my home there just rude and they feel they can treat people any kind of way. Now here is the worst part for 8mos. I was paying more than what my contract called for by mistake they allowed me to pay more than the contract called for without informing me of such it took me to look at the new lease to realize I was over paying but if your late or short they call you right away to inform you if I had not caught it myself they were not gonna say anything how under handed is this for a multi million dollar company.then upon my moving out I realize that thousands of dollars worth of items that I had in there storage room had flooded and molded I lost everything and they said they didn't have Insurance for the tenants property and they were aware that this storage flooded they charged me my security deposit to throw it away like it was my fault. I don't usually complain about things but these people at the Glen Ellyn properties are rip offs . Then when I called to discuss the matter I was put on hold with no return and to never answer my calls. Well this is my take I didn't realize why this property was like a revoling door one yr move in next yr out I just procrastinated for nine yrs . but to others who are looking for apartment stay clear of this management company . My wife and i have decided that this was probably do to color of skin.
