I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. So, I did the complete layout for my uncles funeral. Since there was a strong possibility of my not being able to attend the funeral, designing and paying for the obituaries was my contribution. I spoke with the owner several times to make sure he had received the document and would be able to have them nicely printed out and folded on the morning before the funeral to be picked up. According to him, yes he had received the file, had no problems with the formatting and would have 100 of them printed folded and ready. I sent my daughter to pick them up as she would be going to the funeral. Well, the owner did not even show up. His son eventually did. Now, it's less than 2 hours before the funeral. I did not have time to send the file to Kinko's and have them run it off by my home because HE had the file and I was at work. This funeral took place with NO OBITUARY!!! I had to email the funeral order over to the family to READ OFF AN IPAD! My daughter missed the funeral too because this place decided to use the worst quality of regular print paper and run smeared BLACK AND WHITE copies off on a dirty printer. The owner LIED AND REALLY didn't care. He could only get '67' printed out and my daughter took those to the repast go give to the widow and close family members. NOW, HERE IS THE KICKER....he would not give her those copies until she paid over $200 for that JUNK! He took advantage of us at a time when he knew we had no other options. Of course not only were we embarrassed but hurt that we were OUTRIGHT TAKEN at our weakest moment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH. DON'T LET THIS GUY PLAY CHURCH ON YOU EITHER.
