Today after putting in a good sized online order, I was curious to check how prices lined up with Life Spring. I still have some containers of supplements I bought when I was last in the area so I was able to make comparisons. TO MY SURPRISE, THE PRICES AT LIFE SPRING WERE EQUAL OR LESS THAN THE ONLINE SUPPLIERS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER! So, to anyone tempted to save money and buy online, forget it! You will do as good or better with Life Spring! Plus, you will be dealing with some real nice local people who deserve your business!

With the store empty and the initial look from the employee, I braced for a hassle trying to get the online price honored. Instead, it turned into one of the easiest price matches I've ever experienced. He glanced at my phone, asked what the total should be, and adjusted it without any back‑and‑forth or proof‑hunting. What stood out even more was how friendly and genuinely helpful he was throughout the visit. Not just polite in a "doing the job" way, but actively engaged -- answering questions, offering quick explanations, and making sure I felt comfortable navigating products I'm not familiar with. It's rare to walk into a store and immediately feel like someone's actually invested in making your experience smooth, but that's exactly how it felt here. The store layout was tidy, well‑stocked, and easy to navigate, which made everything even easier. For a first visit to a place where every product feels like a foreign language, it ended up being surprisingly comfortable. A solid stop if you need supplements or nutrition products and want straightforward, genuinely friendly service.

Luckily, the Elston location had them so I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, there were no parking spaces except for one for the Verizon next door. Since it was before 6 pm, I called the number in the email I received saying that you could call for curbside pickup. The guy I spoke with said that technically he wasn't allowed to bring it out... which was confusing since the email I got just a few hours prior saying that my order was ready for pickup said otherwise. So I asked about why it says they offer curbside pickup before 6 pm and after a moment the guy said he would bring it out. So like I said, turned out ok in the end. I'm one who thinks curbside should be here to stay--it makes things significantly easier for folks with disabilities, parents with little ones in the car, someone who can't find a place to park, or someone who just doesn't want to get out of their car--but if a place is going to offer it, it would be great if local shops didn't try to change the rules of it.
