I told him what I wanted to do and asked how long it would take but Jahmaree (store rep) said no problem, we can do that, it should take about 40 minutes. I felt bad but he was more than willing to stay late and get me switched. Throughout the entire process he made me feel welcome and was extremely patient despite multiple hiccups with Verizon. He called his regional manager to ensure he was doing everything correctly and to ask for advice regarding some issues with Verizon. He never once mentioned that he was staying late and thanked me for coming in and being patient. Overall, my experience with Jahmaree has been 100% better than any experience I've had with Verizon. AND I'm saving so much money on my bill!
