Even though it's only because of COVID, I really appreciate reserving time slots for using the facility. Downside to being a guy who gyms for 2 hours, the slots are only for 1 hr. The renovated locker room looks so much better since precovid (I used boys room, until I found the grown ups room). The adult locker rooms are reminiscent of my middle/high school days. As for the fitness center, most things I need like bench, squat and deadlifts is pretty secluded from the dumbbell area and cardio machines. Doing this for my cousin, so we'll see how he feels about working out once the 30 days are up.

Two years I donated clothing…read morethat belong to my mother who had passed away from cancer and it was her wish to donate to the epilepsy foundation two years ago that driver was not happy with the amount of bags he had to pick up with him, kicking swearing and throwing a tantrum the whole entire time collecting the belongings more time is passed, and I have gone through more of my mother's clothing and I have had a scheduled pick up time for Saturday, 28 December. They told me to leave the clothes in white trash bags, double bagged labeled For epilepsy on the sidewalk by 7 AM. It is now 2 o'clock. I have had four city workers come to my house give me two warnings in the next will be a $65 ticket on top of it is drizzling outside so the clothes will be destroyed at this point. It is absolutely sickening that this has even happened. I do not recommend this foundation. There are other clothing donation sites you could bring to the pick up was most convenient for me but from now on, I don't mind driving my mother's clothes to someone or a place that will appreciate it. You can barely make in through the aisles. I'm not sure what is available in the front room - if there isn't a giant stuffed animal blocking your view, there are boxes in the way. You want to see the jewelry in the front case. You can't. Too much junk in the way. If you make your way into the front side room, it is pretty tidy in there. That's where you'll find clothes, books, and puzzles. I checked the price of a paperback book - $2. Puzzles were between $2 and $5 (some new). If you make your way to the back room there is kitchenware and kids' toys. A used cheese grater that was originally $9 was marked $5. Too much for this cheapo. A vintage looking electrical appliance was $75. I don't know what is was, but that seems way too pricey for any small kitchen appliance. I was interested in some of the china, but it was packed in too tight with coffee cups ($2) dangling from hooks in front of them. Removing a plate would be like playing Jenga with glass blocks. They need to have a sale and get rid of some of the junk that is just in the way. People can't buy things if they can't see them. Do like other thrift stores and figure out a way to identify how long something has been on the store floor, and then automatically drop the price after a month or whatever. I know you want to make as much as you can for the charity, but if people can't see what you're selling, they won't buy it. If you price it too high for your clientele, it won't sell either. You can't raise money for the charity by just hoarding stuff! I do want to point out that the women who work here are very nice!
