I met Moses himself at the first visit to the store and got the rundown on his history running the jewelry store. That along with the 3 points above made me feel like I made the right decision. They are able to create a render along with a 3D wax figure to make damn sure the ring you want is the ring that you get. Moses and his team were with me along the process. They even overnight shipped the ring to California and delivered on time! Moses himself had promised alterations if the ring was not "perfect" and delivered that promise. My fiancé loves the ring and can't stop cheese'n every time she gazes her eyes on the ring. It's a unique design and I didn't want to give her one off the shelf because she means so much more to me. I wanted to send gifts back to Belgrade for my AFS (American Field Service) sister's children. I told him what I wanted in the way of color and and price and he helped me pick out one carnelian and one coral heart pendants and changed out the leather necklaces to match the pieces. They were beautiful. And yesterday, I took in a James Avery pendant (a gift from friends) and asked if he could help me with a pair of earrings. It took him just a second to show me a beautiful pair of garnet and silver earrings which looked as if they were part of the set. They were $35.00! If I had gone to James Avery to buy the earrings that exactly matched my new pendant, they would have cost me $400.00. Great custom jewelry at great prices; these really are piece of art.
