We came in to get a new battery for my watch and it was the best experience! He was able to changed in 5 minutes for a fantastic price. He let me and my daughter watch him change it. He took the time to explain all the tools, the process and everything. He is so knowledgeable and performs fantastic service for watches. There are also beautiful watches in the case. He was also super knowledgeable and answered all my better halves questions for another watch he has. We will definitely be back for anything watch related. read more

Thank you, Derek, for fixing both my watches in a matter of minutes!!! Everywhere I went, I was told either I could get the watches back in 2-3 weeks (or longer) or I was told that they didn't do that type of service there (simply changing the batteries). I was a few minutes shy from your store closing, but I'm so glad I found you! The quality and value of your work was exceptional. I appreciate your friendliness and willingness to help me out with my 2 valuable watches! I will definitely be coming back, as I have 3 more watches that need service soon. read more

Tanya helped me replace the batteries and bands on four watches. I was very pleased with how fast she was able to work while still balancing the needs of the many other customers. It was nice to see all of my watches with new bands, running, and all with the date and time perfectly set. That was a nice way to see my box of watches. Thank you so much. I'll be back in the near future. read more

I was very pleased with my experience at Endless Time. I had gotten a quote from a large well known jeweler of $79 and a two week turn around to replace a battery in my wife's Movado watch. Endless time replaced the battery in 5 minutes for about $50. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

I needed my new Tissot Powermatic 80 adjusted due my wrist being so small. Mr. Hagay was professional, prompt, and personable. He adjusted the wrist band to my liking and assured me if it didn't fit the way i wanted after wearing it for a few weeks he would adjust it again at no additional cost he even gave me a lesson on how high up on the wrist high quality watches should be worn. Thank you for your attention to detail , great conversation, and outstanding price point. This is my go to watch spot for the duration. Take care. read more

Fast and friendly service. He ensured I left satisfied with my watch sizing. Highly recommend!!

Went to replace batteries on 4 watches. 2 of my watches got damaged. The batteries died after 2 months on two watches...not worth paying $200 for 4 batteries on 4 watches. read more

I had to get a watch battery replaced on my old watch and links removed on a new one for my daughter. Both were complete in 15 minutes and both the service and the price were absolutely fabulous! I had no idea this gem was conveniently located in North Star mall - I encourage you to visit for all your watch repair needs! read more

I have an older Seiko quartz watch which was running erratically. Hagay first tested the old battery to check it's status rather than just replacing the battery. His battery meter indicated replacement required. Hagay replaced and cleaned up the watch, it now runs properly. I highly recommend Endless Time at North Star Mall! read more

After several years of not wearing a "nice" watch, I finally caved in and got a couple in different styles. A Fossil chronograph and a Daniel Wellington (this was a gift!) on a nice NATO strap. This was by no means a close match for my dad's Rolex Submariner Datejust, but it allowed me to at least look presentable when I'm not doing extreme sports. However, I was dismayed to find out that their batteries do die, unlike my Casio G-SHOCK Tough Solar watches.. some of which I have had for over 10 years and are still on their original batteries. Because, obviously, solar. A quick google search led me to this mall kiosk. The guy who ran it was very nice and accommodating.. and might I add.. very fast! I thought about dropping the watches off and popping down to the LEGO store for a quick visit, but before the conversation was over, the batteries were already installed. He was upfront about the costs and made sure to check that the batteries were working. Even set the correct time (and date) on my watches, which is a huge plus because I'm too lazy to do it myself. The batteries do come with a 1-year warranty. On top of that, he placed each watch into a ziploc back and put it into a shopping bag so I don't walk around the mall looking like I just stole two watches. Highly recommended if you were late for a work meeting because you didn't realize your watch batteries died! read more

My husband needed a battery replacement to his watch so I took him to Endless Time a few weeks ago! We met Derek at the North Star Mall Endless Time Kiosk and he took care of it instantly! My hubby was so happy and very satisfied with the quick service he got from Derek at Endless Time. Derek charged us the same price for my first visit where I met Hagay who replaced batteries on my two ladies' watches. Once again, Endless Time came to the rescue! We highly recommend Endless Time for any watch service at any time! Fast service, pleasant and professional customer service every time!!!! Kudos to Endless Time for superb service and excellent public appeal! read more

I took in two very old watches to be repaired first one only needed winding which they did not charge me second one needed some parts because it was my grandmother's watch they ordered the parts they fixed it and they kept me up to date on the progress before they called for me to pick up very reasonable prices and they're very personable read more

We took 4 watches to them for battery replacement. They replaced the battery on 3 of them with no problem but 1 Invicta watch came back to us with a screw that's sticking out of the back. Yes we are at fault also for not checking the watch before leaving but nevertheless we did not. We live far from Northstar Mall and returning to is really very inconvenient. This screw makes the watch unusable. read more

I got myself a watch for Christmas and needed to get a link or two taken out because it was too big. I originally tried someplace closer to my home, but being January 2, that was closed. Then I saw this place was at Northstar Mall and figured it must be open. I found the cart and there was a couple ahead of me. The gentleman helping them immediately acknowledged me. I told him I needed to get a link taken out of my band. He asked if I wanted to leave it, but I said I would wait. I was in no rush. It didn't take that long for him to finish anyway and soon I had the watch on my wrist for him to see how it fit. Within just a few minutes he had the band back together to see how it fit. Turns out it only needed one link taken out and I was on my way. The person who performed the work was amiable and professional. I will definitely be back for any further adjustments or repairs. read more

Quick service at a great price! Highly recommend to get your watch battery replaced at Endless Time

Endless Time is located in the North Star Mall, near the food court, on the first floor. The gentlemen who replaced the batteries of my watches was very nice. The cost was $10.99 for my digital watch and $12.99 for my nicer ones. I'm not sure how these prices compare to other places, but the service was good. read more

I brought my husband's watch to Endless Time, with a broken band the authorized dealer would not take care of. Not only was he able to fix it and change my battery in less than ten minutes, his price was more than reasonable. Super good guy and obviously knows his business! 10/10 will come to Endless Time for all my watch needs moving forward. read more

Just got done taking my watch to get fitted and my wife's repaired, with my daughter. The experience was nothing short of joyful. The lady (didn't catch her name) was so nice to my daughter and I, and got everything done in the matter of 2 minutes. She even worked with me and cut me a little deal! Highly recommend! read more

I usually I get my watch battery replaced at Matter of Time but due to my lack of planning, I decided to get it done at the mall at Endless Time. Now I echo the other reviews regarding quickness of the replacement and being professional but what I didn't see was the price of the battery replacement. It cost $29 to replace my Raymond Weil battery. This is about in line with other mall kiosk watch replacements costs but still yikes. Just giving 4 stars only due to the battery cost and having to go to the mall to get here otherwise a good transaction. read more

I take all of my watches here for new batteries and strap sizing and they have always done a great job. I recommend only having the employees named Derek or Tanya work on your watches, they have both done excellent work on my time pieces. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, she was very nice, pleasant and made me feel welcome. Thank you Endless Time, for taking care of my watches! read more

Great little kiosk! I had links missing on a watch that I bought on a sale site and they found me some extra links and put em on for very cheap and under an hour! Will definitely bring all my watch needs to them again! Thank you! read more

I called, they said come over fixed my watch and I was gone and done in ten minutes. It was just a battery but they were great..

Great service! Fixed the battery to my boyfriend's watch in 5 mins. I was only disappointed because I didn't more time in the mall.

I woke up to turn my watch forward for DST only to find a dead battery. I looked on Yelp for a watch repair place. My watch is rather expensive so I was skeptical of taking it to a kiosk in the mall. I called Dillard's where I purchased my watch only to be referred to Endless Time. Hagay was great. He replaced my battery in less than 10 minutes while I waited. Excellent customer service! I'll be back! read more
