We finally settled on the yellowfin tuna roll, pepper calamari, trout with betel leaves, and chicken curry. The tuna spring roll was an interesting twist on the classic prawn roll. It was flavourful when dipped in the sauce but not sure I would order it again. The pepper calamari was by far my favourite. Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and a great dipping sauce to accompany it along with a generous serve. The smoked trout had crispy shallots that paired well with the betel leaves but there was only so much I could eat. Whereas the chicken curry on rice had a great flavour and easy to get more with all the lovely veggies. Their version of the mojito was super refreshing and could have easily ordered another, sat and people watched if we didn't have plans. Convenient location across from the train station, excellent service and a great menu will bring people back often.

The staff promptly attended to us and showed the allocated seating nominated to our earlier reservation. Drinks were soon served and menus presented. Although a small selection of entrees and mains we were delighted with the choices we made. The flavourings and presentation of each item was amazing and the obvious freshness of the herbs and salads was beyond expectation. The spring rolls were obviously freshly made and the sweet potato fries were very moorish. The choices for mains were spatchcock butterflied and a beautifully presented snapper served whole. We will most definitely return to enjoy more of the delights on offer.

Many of our own previously selected and enjoyed favourites were on the menu and we had absolutely no trouble in selecting items for our home delivery. I ordered the "Chicken Schnitzel" roll. It had all the fixings that one would expect on a Bahn mi and it was only $7, I have to say the roll was amazing. The bread was crunchy, flaky, and chewy all at once ! I also got the "tofu rice paper roll" 4 pieces for $9. I really liked these because they where made fresh. Most of the other shops have these all pre made and sitting out. I'm sure they are fine but I won't try them. Overall this place gets 5 stars ! My tummy is full and I loved it all. It has all the usual street food fare such as banh mi, pho and rice rolls plus a little twist here and there. We had the chicken special pho and the crispy pork pho. The soup in both phos was packed with great traditional Vietnamese flavors and mellow tones of anise. The chicken special was made of sliced of steamed (?) chicken which were pretty dry and uninteresting but the soup and the toppings helped to elevate that a bit. The crispy pork was made of oven roasted pork belly with the crispy top attached for the full banging pork roast experience. I'm usually not into crispy fried stuff drenched in soup but the pork skin stays crisp and the pork belly fat and crisp work in synergy to enrich the soup while being elevated by the flavors packed in the broth - just your plain awesome pho! The price mark also hits the mark with phos starting at 9$ and and the combos peaking at 13, a great value for this kind of pho.
