The dumplings were incredible, the crispy noodles were incredible, the Canard Pekinois was incredible. Aswell had the best vegetable spring rolls i've ever tasted. For dessert we tried the mango sorbet and as expected- it was delicious. I also got the fresh fruit and it was very fresh and tasty. Inside, the restaurant is beautiful. Perfectly clean, beautiful artwork and a gorgeous Koi pond inside. If I wasn't in Lausanne visiting from the US, I would eat here every chance I get. I was stressed ordering Chinese in French. lol The spicy beef was good but not what I expected. The spice was the right spice level, but it had a very strong orange citrus taste to it. It was a little more sweet than I would prefer. I had hoped for a more savory flavor. Having said that, I still thought it was good. Overall the service and food was good. I say, give it a try next time you're craving something besides French food in Lausanne.
