Going local I ordered the Poutine. Fries were covered in brown gravy with cheese curds. Amazing flavor. Don't know why we don't have this in Texas. We also ordered the charcuterie platter. The salmon was cooked perfectly and my mom also enjoyed her pork chop. We also ordered a side of Brussels sprouts which were super tasty too. The portions were surprisingly large so we couldn't finish everything. They had asked us to switch tables partway through dining to accompany a larger party, which was fine for us and they offered us a complimentary dessert for the trouble. Since we were stuffed, we took the dessert to go. It was a deconstructed dulce de leche cheesecake and it was rich and so tasty. Would definitely return!
