Creole or Zaatar chicken drumsticks.
Tab of Charlevoix, fresh caraway, garlic soft milk-fed veal.
Hot-smoked salmon.
Mackerel smoked Islands, pepper, citrus zests.
Quiche with smoked salmon, seals as a bagel.
Blanquette of veal of small-scale milk, chanterelles, pancetta.
Stuffed pork tenderloin, Summered, raisins, Pecans, roasted, smoky wood from barrel of Jack Daniels.
