This area are famous for the Fillet of a local fish called Perch which we order it, the Filet is Pan Fried and can be presented in a three different ways, with Lemon Sauce, Cream & Basil or Fresh Diced tomato with Garlic and Parsley

As Usual I booked in advance a table in the top floor terrace over looking the lake and the old village
The Village is accessible by car from Geneva heading Evian or much easier from Geneva by Boat
The village and this restaurant is highly recommend by me, It is well worth a day trip from Geneva.
