I found out about Brandi from yelp a few years ago. She was helpful enough to give me information…read moreover the phone when I knew nothing. Fast forward 3 years and we have successfully bought our first home. Brandi has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market in Spokane and surrounding area. She can tell you all about the home buying process, common hurdles to watch out for, and what qualities to look for in a home that you may not think of yourself. I learned a great deal from her about the market and knew exactly what to expect because she walked me through every step as they came. Brandi knows the neighborhoods of Spokane and can help you select the area that best fits your needs and price range. She has a helpful feature that notifies you of listings on homes as soon as they hit the market, and fit your preferences. She also has great availability, and is quick to respond anytime you have a question, or if something comes up. You won't regret working with Brandi. She will go to bat for you and make sure you are getting the home you want!

Brandi listened to our unique preferences and responded to us very quickly throughout the entire process. Despite our low end budget, I feel like we got VIP treatment. Brandi made the home buying experience as painless as possible by scheduling inspections and quotes for us, making helpful recommendations, and walking us through the process without ever making us feel inferior for our inexperience. She has a super approachable demeaner, friendly, positive, and acts like nothing is ever a big deal, which can be reassuring through the nerve wracking process of the largest purchase of your life! When it came down to a bidding war Brandi really came through for us. She negotiated skillfully, advised us on our options, and always left it totally up to us, with genuinely zero pressure to increase our budget or close the sale. In fact, when I called her up with doubts at one point during the inspection period she literally said "If you move forward I want it to be because you feel 1000% certain that you want this house." I'd trust Brandi with any home purchase or sale in the future. She knows how to advocate for her clients even better than I know to do for myself at times. And that is what makes her an excellent agent.

He got our furnace working - but that didn't last long. I had to have him come back out and he told me that the reason it wasn't working - was because of poor maintenance on our part and told the warranty company we needed to have the ducts cleaned - for an additional fee. Sadly when he was out the first time he indicated we had a decent amount of carbon monoxide in our home. No real explanation of what to do but he didn't check the second time around. He did mention where it looked like the heat exchanger might have at sometime leaked, but no follow up on that. We had to have the unit completely replaced (no longer under our home warranty, so this was out of our pocket) a while ago and TWO separate companies come out to diagnose and they BOTH found several cracks in the exchanger as well as carbon monoxide detected. Super sad that my family and our health, as well as the finances have been affected. When I called to let the office know what had happened, though it's been a while since we've had the unit replaced, Shawna - who was less than concerned about the situation, wasn't very friendly and pretty much gaffed it off, saying that it's been a while since he had been there and anything could have happened in between now and then, but she never asked me when I had to have the unit replaced. WOULD NOT recommend this company - whatsoever - if you need work done in an honest, through, and timely fashion - I would recommend ACI Northwest.
