It's on a boat but there are three levels and quite a few slot machines and a large area of a table games. The drinks were surprisingly cheap for being a casino and everyone was friendly. It was mainly an older crowd and you could tell they were all locals. The energy was a little lagging and the payouts pretty sad. Had 2 drinks tried my luck at some slots and called it a day. I give it three stars because it was nothing terrible, cheap drinks, and I've been to worse.

The ship is the perfect size, spacious enough but it also feels like everyone is rooting for each other.

A person would think they would have more available on the property itself. The idea is to keep people at the casino and playing. We go off property for lunch also. I don't know maybe a person needs to bring food along like packing for a picknick? ‍We bought two cups of black coffee at $3.50 each and the coffee was barely warm. Many of themed slots they had for years that we did like to play are gone. We have fewer for choices, that's for sure. At least they have kept some of the older slots which is a plus. We had some problems with our room. Our mattress at home is a newer firm mattress. The mattress here appeared to be a newer one and it wasn't firm....it was outright HARD. Just about like laying on a piece of plywood, well almost. My wife could only sleep on it about 3-4 hours and then slept on the couch. That wasn't much more comfortable. Maybe they got some deal on them when they replaced a number of them at once or something? If that's what happened we don't think it was a very good deal. And this is from people such as us that prefer a firm mattress so, IDK. Some problem with HVAC. If you get the temp about correct for the front room the bedroom is very cold. Confusing thermostat, no selection if it's set for heat or A/C. Just arrows up and down for temp. I've never seen a thermostat like that anywhere that I've ever stayed before, not ever. We tried to call down and get a blanket from housekeeping or the front desk but when you press the buttons on the phone for housekeeping or front desk they are "busied out". They just go to a busy signal and that's it. Bad enough if just staying for one night, but more than one night, not good. Seemed like to us that some taking are of the customer is in need.

Scrambled eggs, well you can't really mess those up. Ham, sausage, bacon, etc. Some sort of cheesy hashbrown's.....those were a fail, unfortunately. Very basic buffet, all self serve. Drinks are sealed containers of orange juice, apple juice, milk, etc. The workers and staff were friendly. Again, it's about the same as any Midwest casino. Better selection of slots, they have some that other casinos have taken out. That's a plus for us.

One sad little $10 voucher for the "Mystery Gift Card Giveaway," "Spring into Slot Play," and "Match Board Madness" promotions they plaster all over the place. After SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS in action, they hand you a coupon worth less than a tank of gas. Disgusting. I've been to plenty of casinos, but I've never seen a rewards program this insulting. Elite Casino Resorts (the company that owns this dump) clearly thinks their customers are suckers. The flyers promise "free slot play" and "gift cards," but when you actually show up and lose tens of thousands, you get treated like a broke tourist who wandered in off the street. The entire operation feels deliberately designed to squeeze every last dollar out of loyal players and then spit in their face with pathetic crumbs. I've been coming here for over three months now, dropping well over $5,000 every single month, and the slots are ridiculously tight. Bonuses are almost nonexistent. When you finally do hit one, the payout is bare minimum garbage most of the time. It's like the machines are programmed to just take your money and give nothing back. The hotel side is just as bad. It offers a small, but quaint casino that is lucky to have a Smoking/Non-Smoking section, based on your tobacco needs. There is a bar in the center of the casino that serves $1 bottles on Mondays (based on my experience) after 4pm.
