They do have food and a seating area to eat it but you may find the fare to be disappointing unless you are REALLY hungry. The folks who work there are the absolute best.

It's also on the exit and entrance ramp to I-84 so obviously they get a lot of vehicle and truck traffic. We pulled into Biggs 76 where they have several pumps and plenty of room for cars to pull in and out. Al though we were on the OR side, no one came to pump the gas. No worries, we pumped our own, gave the windows a good washing with the squeezes they had available, and were back in on the road in minutes to continue our day of adventures.
