I've had multiple issues with pickup orders, including orders being incorrect and delays when trying to collect items that were already paid for. On one occasion, I found something in my drink that appeared unsanitary, which made me uncomfortable about purchasing drinks from this location again. The biggest issue has been customer service. There is one older employee I frequently deal with, and nearly every interaction becomes an argument. I used to pay for the 7-Eleven app subscription and regularly redeemed my drink benefits without any issues. Then I was suddenly told different rules applied and was denied benefits I had previously used. Even when I tried to follow the employee's instructions, I was still told I had to pay full price. More recently, when my boyfriend picks up orders for me, he often has to spend several minutes convincing staff that he is there for a legitimate order despite having the order information, name, and confirmation available. He has also been asked for codes that were never provided with the order. Everyone makes mistakes, but after experiencing the same issues repeatedly, I no longer feel welcome as a customer. The constant confusion, delays, and poor attitude have made me stop shopping at this location whenever possible.

My suggestion is save your styrofoam cup from Circle K and buy your drink 1 block south at the gas station/Subway shop. Reusing your Circle K cup is good for the environment and you get the drink you want. The Yucca Valley and Morongo Valley Circle K's are amazing each time.

I cannot imagine how much extra I have paid over time (TBD). I am 46 years old and have never had a pharmacy remove active insurance and overcharge me like this (stating it was removed by a tech because I asked to use a coupon card at some point in addition to my PPO insurance, which makes NO SENSE). I have reported this issue to corporate and will be fighting for retroactive billing and reimbursement. Next day update- Went today to get my medications while waiting for everything to be switched to Vons and they AGAIN removed my insurance from file (after updating it AGAIN last night!). This level of incompetence is just unbelievable!
