Just a solid, working restroom that didn't feel like a health code violation. That alone deserves a medal these days. Staff was polite, store was stocked, and I didn't get stabbed or scammed. I pull up to the pump and 1st thing i notice is you can NOT pay at the pump. I;ve seen this kind of thing before so i wasn't totally surprised, but it's 2011 and almost every gas station i've been to let's you pay at the pump. SO... now i gotta go inside and deal with it. Of course there is a line in front of me and the person being helped has some sort of problem, so it takes FOREVER. Finally, get up to the counter and just to make sure I didnt miss anything I ask ,"I didnt see a credit card swipe at the pump, do i gotta pay in here?" and the clerk says ,"Yeah...you're not from around here are you?" On the 25th of April I went to purchase gas at the station and I used my card at the pump. I put in $22 worth of gas and the company decided to lock my card and hold all of my funds. Over $250 on the card until Monday, the 29th, so they can make sure they get their money. The problem with that is now I cannot purchase diapers.I cannot purchase wipes for my infant children.And I cannot purchase food or fuel for my family.Or my vehicle to continue working. This company has put my family and an unnecessary financial hardship.And now I have spoke with the lawyer and in negotiations for legal support too. I will sue this company because they have put my family and myself at a financial hardship. If there is anybody else out there who's had issues with these people using cards , please contact me so we can possibly make a class action lawsuit on this corporate entity whose sole purpose seems to be causing unnecessary problems to people.
