This store is awful, the customer service is terrible and they charged me double. Turns out they have done this to my neighbors as well and are well known for their greedy behavior. We popped by to get a bit of gas, just enough to get us home, since it's so much more expensive than petrol in the north end of the city. Immediately disappointed, as pump 7 didn't accept/read my credit card. I ended up inside and it seemed that the employee knew it didn't work, so fast pay is not an option. I paid for a gallon of gas - certain to get us home in our tiny hybrid vehicle - and it never registered; our mileage shows the same available as it did prior to adding the additional gallon. So...where did my money go? What was going into the gas tank if not petrol? Frustrated and needless to say, we will not return to this station. read more

I'm reviewing a gas station.. Is this really even a thing? The clerks inside are nice and it's a decent Chevron. Gas pricing is usually a little higher, but it's Chevron so you get what you pay for. The outside had the same amount of litter as any other gas station on my opinion. The only real reason I came here is because another review said it has a touchless car wash and I've been having trouble finding one. I don't wanna scratch my car in other washes with the spinning rubber blades and the self serve one I normally go to had an insane line. 4 stars for the touchless wash really. I stopped because I was very close to an empty tank (dash said 7 miles until empty). The pump took forever to pump the gas and after 3 minutes only dispensed 1.5 gallons. I was tired of waiting so hung up the nozzle and left. When I was two blocks away I realized I was still 7 miles to empty - no gas was dispensed at all!!! This is absolutely the worst gas station in all of Seattle. Despite being the highest priced station in the area, by FAR, their pumps are all scratched up and in terrible shape, and they have serious problems with their point of sale system. I just had to slide my card 6 damn times to purchase a bottle of water, because they couldn't make it work right! NEVER stopping here again. How can I give zero stars? read more

If you live in the area and want to get gas here, go for it. If like me, you're an out-of-towner, you'll want to pick a different exit. Getting back to and on the I-5 at this exit is quite tricky and treacherous! This is more of a reflection on WSDoT than the folks at Chevron. But, I believe the entrance ramps of Exit 158 were designed by a mad man, and the signs were put up by his mentally challenged little brother! If you are unfamiliar with this area, you should avoid this exit. I wouldn't have stopped here if I were not running on fumes. When I tried to get back on the Interstate, I got fooled by the signage/entrance ramps. The result: I pissed off a local enough to earn the finger and some horn. On a street intersection peak & has a car wash box. Does what it should: gas, snacks, beer... mMmm Stella. I feel rather safe at night, too. I think you should also pay by cash and avoid card fees - I don't mind either way. read more

I tend to go here out of necessity, but it isn't my favorite. The location is brutal as there's two entrances and the gas station sits on an angle, so you'll never have a direct approach. Also, it's very cramped. Most stations have enough room where cars can pass the cars filling up gas. If there are cars filling up closest to E Marginal Way there's no way around them. If there's cars filling up closest to the station you'll barely squeeze by if you have a small enough vehicle. It does have a touchless car wash that is very nice, but it's the only perk. read more

I was hungry and searched for an open convenience store. I drove about 20 minutes to this Chevron which apparently lists itself in search engines as being a convenience store and being open 24 hours. I arrived at about 3am to find the doors locked. There is a security window (like you make purchases through in other countries) but no clerk to be seen. I called and after about 10 minutes a clerk appeared from the back. He never answered the phone but contacted me and the window where I told him what I wanted to purchase. He said "We aren't open. Only for gas." ... So other than being dishonest (listing themselves as an open 24hrs convenience store when they aren't) they aren't open after dark either so don't waste your time going. read more

Friendly staff, and although it's a busy location they take care of you very quick. As busy as it is, it's surprisingly always clean outside and in the public restroom. They also have my favorite touch-less car wash. If you fill up 6 or more gallons you get $2.00 off the superior car wash (comes out to about $5.50 with discount). They also have vacuums and air compressor for tires. Fuel pumps are quick at pumping also. read more

I stopped by to purchase propane - at the time 3 customers including myself- I told the Jeffry I wanted to buy propane - he asked to give him a second- I stepped outside waiting for almost 10 minutes- this guy told he could not come out and needed to grab the other guy from back another 10 minutes go by - I asked he if could give him a call in a not friendly way . " he claimed he could not be used he's phone while he is at the register 5 minutes later the second clerk showed up and I was able to get propane- I went into the store to pay but guess what I found this guy on his cellphone texting/browsing. worst customer service read more

Only come here if necessary. Employees don't really care about their customer service. Gas is more expensive than usual but that's not the worst part. I was trying to fill my propane tank but had to wait cuz the guy at the register said he's on lunch break!?!? Seriously?!? Told me to wait 10 mins. They get to treat people this way because it's a prime location and many people go in and out here. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

So after going to safeway last night and picking up some steaks, ice cream etc.... for a BBQ I was having, I went to chevron to stop quickly and fill my propane tank for the grill. I went in and waited in line at the cash register, nobody behind me, and when I got to the front of the line I told one of the two clerks working that I needed to get a propane tank filled. He said ok, just one minute, let me just help this customer behind you and I will be right out. So I go outside unload my propane tank and proceed to wait. And then I keep on waiting, watching more customers walking in and walking out, but still no clerk to fill my propane tank. After about ten minutes I walk back inside the store to make sure they haven't forgotten me. The clerk looks up and says just a minute, Ill be right there. I go back outside in the 85+ degree weather and wait another ten minutes. At this point I am getting pretty pissed off and smoke a cigarette. After cigarette and still no damn clerk in sight, I wander back into the store. I walk in and the guy looks up at me and says I have to help these customers first. Pissed off with steam shooting out my ears I reply "what am I? Am I not a customer, I am trying to buy some propane and I have been waiting patiently for over 20 minutes, I have food spoiling in the car, do I need to go somewhere else to fill the tank?" So he rolls his eyes walks outside and took the 2.5 minutes to fill my tank without saying a word. If there was somewhere close to my house where I could fill a propane tank without having to trade for one of the blue rhinos believe me I would go there, but until I find that place I am stuck here! read more

The new clerk is an incompetent moron. One day he rings me up and my change is 7$ he hands me two dollars then seriously tried to deny not giving me my 5. Next day i come in with a friend on their 21st birthday to buy beer for MYSELF and he asked to see both of our ID. No problem except then he refused to sell me the beer until the day after their birthday. What in the absolute.. Where do these people learn to count or read. read more

I went to two pumps at this station. They were etched with graffiti. I put my card in. The first pump wouldn't read the card. Second pump the 8 digit was broken. I left and went to another local station without any problems with my card. Terribly sketchy station. Would recommend avoid until they get new pumps that actually work. read more

This place is awful. Customer service is rotten and all the employees seem new and totally clueless. They also seem to have a problem with their cash register and rang me up wrong twice. After I went back to my car I found the same thing had happened to my husband. They gave him the wrong total which they did not correct until he pointed it out. They are really not friendly. Pick another place to visit. read more

Absolutely the worst place ever! They are crooks! Bought a pair of sunglasses. The tag said $7.99 but he charged me $12.99 and said there is a sign. I said; then you should remove the $7.99 price tag off of the glasses before you try to sell them! THEN the glasses broke when I was cleaning the dust off of them! The guy even scanned the tag and the register showed $7.99 for the price but refused to give me the difference back! I will never go to that station again! read more
