I've used my extra mile rewards here 3-times and they don't apply any rewards/ discounts at this Chevron located at 4747 Westlane, Stockton Ca! Even though they are an "extra-mile" I called the customer service about this issue and they were no help at all! If you want to get rewarded DON'T go to this location! I purchased gas at the pump and at the same time purchase a $12 extreme car wash. On the receipt was printed code for the $12 extreme car wash when I went through the car wash and printed my receipt for the car wash the machine gave me a receipt for an $8 expr car wash. which is the lowest car wash. When I went inside to claim my $4 difference he said he can't do nothing but give me another car wash. I just walked away. How many people are they ripping off like this? I put a one star only because when I went inside to buy something the two attendants were rude. One pretended not to have understand me and was pretending to pick her teeth as she was flipping me off. This chevron has been open less than a month and I've been coming here spending my hard earned money to put gas in. I have never been treated so disgusting in my life by anyone. I said hello ladies how's your day going. They both looked at each other and I'm sure they talked some shit in another language other than english with dirty looks on both their faces!!! As a paying customer I shouldnt have been mistreated in any way. I will no longer walk inside this chevron to pay for anything.. just rude service!! Oh lord i wish i had seen these reviews beforehand. Tried to go to kellys but line was extremely long, came here instead. $13.99 for a hand wash. Paid, got in line. After 15 min the line had barely moved, i was running late so i said forget it, i have my receipt ill just come back tomorrow. It is now the next day , it is now 35 min later and i still have 2 cars in front of me. NEVER AGAIN!!! Why did they convert this to a hand wash ‍, shouldve left it as a simple , drive thru car wash. Other people were pissed off as well. The problem is they are hand washing, but then it also runs thru the auto wash, it just takes too long and this facility is too small , cant support the long line of cars, Just change it back . I live very close to this gas station when I'm home from college. I love this gas station because it has one of the lowest prices in town for a Chevron station. They still have those gas handles with the holders still on them. (It was a State Mandate by the Fire Marshall) Makes it very convenient for a tired hand. I never had problems with any of the cashiers and they seem very friendly. Recently, I went to go get air for my tires. One of the workers was outside cleaning up trash and gave me the code for free air. Usually you have to pay like 50 cents for air if you don't purchase gas. Right now, they are fixing the vacuum/water/air station again. This place does get crowded a bit, but I don't mind the wait at all. read more

A previous reviewer stated this Chevon had the cheapest diesel fuel around. Actually it and the ones at Ben holt and I-5 and the one on Trinity Parkway are among the highest in the area. The cheapest is on march, but March and Bianchi, catty corner to Winco, a few blocks down. read more

The prices are decent. I really like their car wash....WHEN IT'S WORKING! The thing I don't like is their board has the gas prices with car wash. But there's nothing to inform you when the car wash isn't working! So if you fill up your tank then find out it's not in service, not only do you not get your car washed, but you've just paid full price for the gas! Bad business. These guys don't even deserve the star of even 1/2 a star. They lie about Gass prices. It says the amount when you buy Gass with purchase of car wash but in reality the original Gass price is different. Sneaky Sneaky. Don't like to be their customer any more. She'll down the street is always now 3 cents less. They have a new loyal customer just cause they advertise the right price. I needed gas, saw they offered discount with car wash. My car was in dire need of cleaning inside and out so I didn't want a drive thru car. When I stopped anyway... I was pleasantly surprised. They have car wash staff that hand washed and dried my car... they thoroughly cleaned the inside and and out with quick and friendly service!!! Even cashier inside was awesome when I paid!!! Not a safe neighborhood, but cheapest quality diesel in town. Being 15-20 cents cheaper than everyone else made this place worth it. The sign out front is a little misleading, because it says they're open 24 hours, but they really aren't. read more
