I already posted a Google review because I want one of their employees fired. If you go in while the man with the beard and red hair is working don't give him your card or any cash, HE IS A THIEF. The first time he overcharged my card, it wasn't very much and I though maybe it was a mistake so I didn't make a huge thing out of it. I went in another time and paid with cash, I triple counted it before I went in to see if it would happen again and it DID he is telling customers that you havent given him enough cash and asking for more. He wont even count it back to you he says it after he has already put the cash in the register. I'm sure he shorts people all of the time, a lot of people don't count exactly what you're given back. If you do go in there while he is working make sure you check your card and count in front of him also count the change he gives back. I've been shopping forever there but absolutely refuse to now while he is working there. He does not need to be around any transactions because he is a thief. read more

I've stopped here a couple times now and have never been impressed. This last time one of the pumps would not accept the credit card so I had to pull to a different pump. There is this guy that looked homeless hanging out on a bench in front asking for rides and also asking for money while smoking a cigarette while I'm pumping gas. I went inside and told them about the pump and guy and they didn't get too excited about it. I guess I expected them to do more. The price here is about 10 cents a gallon more than if you can get gas in Shelton on Mountain View area by hwy 101. read more

I am hoping to make contact with Kevin Signh, the owner of this Chevron and U-Haul station, because of the repeated issues I've had at this shop. While I hope to reach a mutually acceptable resolution with the owner, I have had repeated issues at the location with unnecessary rudeness and with staff preventing access to my valid, trained Service Dog. She's a Cardiac Alert and Response Dog who I cannot be without because of a serious heart condition. I have repeatedly had access issues with this location, but tonight was especially bad. I went to Chevron because I didn't have another viable option at the time, and while ringing up was told my dog couldn't be in there. I told the cashier that she is a service dog, and he responded that he doesn't care; no dogs are allowed. This isn't the first time I've encountered a situation like this, so I'm pretty good about staying calm and just educating. I told him that the federal law dictates that my service dog is allowed to be in any public place, to which he replied that there was no such law - or that he is not required to follow it. I keep cards with a copy of the federal law printed, as well as contact information for the Department of Justice to answer any questions on access law and the Americans With Disabilities Act and offered him one' I was directed, again, that he is not required to allow any dog in. He demanded to see a copy of the law, but then promptly refused to take a copy of it. I only go there when I have few or no other options at the particular moment, as I have had other issues (including being mocked for my hearing deficit and being told on two separate occasions that I "don't look crippled". Thanks, really.), but tonight has sufficiently enraged me that I would like to speak with the manager, the owner, and if either of them are not helpful, I will be contacting Chevron and U-Haul corporate over the disrespectful, illegal, and ableist attitude of the owner or employees. In the interim, I just wanted to let my fellow disabled residents know that this location is not a friendly place for people with disabilities. They clearly do not want our business, and if you have loved ones with disabilities you probably don't want to give this location your business either. read more
