Well, let's start this and inform customers about a couple of reviews that are posted about the review of overnight. We do close the doors around 8 or 9 pm. Because of ongoing issues with homeless stealing, On the issue of the employee was rude. 99% of the time, it goes like this. A customer walks up to the window and asks , "Let me get a water and a candy bar." In which we have to play detective. Ok ma'am, which candy bar would you like, what size and how meny. The same goes for the water. What brand of water would you like, what size and how meny? No one says let me get a 20oz water or a one liter it's always a small, medium, or large. I do not mean to sound rude, but we are not mind readers and can not guess what size water you want or so saying like me get a soda is not enough information for us to assistant you for the best possible out come. 3rd we clean and clean this store. When you have most customers over filling their cups of soda and spilling them, the floor get dirty very fast in a matter of about minutes along with high foot traffic it's hard to the floor spotless. This store is waaaaay overpriced and apparently they employ idiots at night who can't comprehend the simplest things, i sent my friend to get me and her king sized snickers and the dude that was working had an attitude because my friend was calling an ambulance for a homeless person who asked her to. As soon as she did that the ass hat of an employee started to pretend like he couldn't hear her. She already spent a good five minutes knocking on the window to get his attention so he could actually help her. (Spoiler alert) He wasn't helpful. I think he is the same douche canoe that my mother has an issue with. These two women are super nice and never have any issues with anyone. Anywho my friend asks for two Snickers he only brings back one. And she tried to tell him that it's wrong but he isn't listening. She ends up playing for the one because there is someone behind her. She tells him that he is missing one, and he started to argue with her that she only asked for one. She never gets just one especially if they are gonna be so overpriced, she always gets the deal. So she asks him if he could get her another one and she'll pay the difference. He tells her no. She has to pay full price even tho she told him what she needed. This dude is lucky that i wasn't there because it's quite obvious that he was trying to scam her. She says she shouldn't have to pay full price she has a number and the Snickers have a deal he tells her no they don't. And btw yes they do they are two for 4.36 or something like that but under five. I hope this dude loses his job because he is clearly not smart enough to be left alone at night. In addition when she asked him for his name, he yet again ignores her, all i know is if i see dude , he isn't going to ignore me, nobody treats my friend a literal saint, like that. What a POS. Hope he felt good being a piece of shit.because that is the most power he will ever have in his low, pathetic life. This gas station is conveniently located off i5 freeway and easy access to get back on. You'll see lots of homeless and transient people pan handling or walking around as the light rail train, Grey Hound station are all near by along with the homeless community near Bercut ave. I tend to fill up at this station all the time as this Chevron happens to be the most reasonable near the natomas area. Even though the this station is located in a bad area, the city police station is down the next block. The convenient store is like any other chevron store. If u plan on filling up or need anything at this Chevron station, I'd suggest to go there during sunlight. read more

This is one of my regular stops for gas when I am on the bike headed north or south. Usually is clean and well-stocked. Very easy to find and great access to the I-5 freeway. The last time I stopped there the pumps were working but the store was closed for 'maintenance issues'! read more

It's close to the freeway and I'm on Richards Blvd a lot. The great thing is that there are always plenty of stations to use and there is ample room to maneuver your car around. The price is a little above average but I'm not complaining but I usually end up going to last drop of gas because filling up again. There are the usual men that stare and truckers that just observe but nothing new in terms of gas stations. I'll be back again! read more

This is our favorite station in the Sacramento area. Everyone is polite and friendly. Just yesterday (7/29/19) while in the store, I overheard Cheryl say that she was going on break, but she noticed that I needed some help. She stayed and helped me and my family during her break time and made sure that we were taken care of! Her cheerful help and going above and beyond made our day. Convenient place to get gas for me because it is the closest to my work and right off the freeway. It is not the cheapest but for being right off the freeway not too expensive. Also they have a mini mart for any quick snacks one might need. read more

I was late for a meeting and had (what I learned later were) bad directions and in the midst of trying to correct the bad directions my iphone died. I pulled into this Chevron station to make a quick purchase and ask directions. After buying my goodies, I asked the cashier if he could kindly point me in the direction of 160. He told me he didnt give directions. I must have looked stunned, I could feel that stunned stupid look creeping over my face as tried to clarify "really, you cant just get me going in the right direction? I know its reasonably nearby". Nope, he wasnt going to do it. Thankfully one of his more empathetic coworkers came out of the office and explained how to get to the freeway I was looking for and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. This Chevron has the worst customer service ever! The two ladies that were working late Monday evening 11-5-18 were confrontational to a woman then my boyfriend walked up to simply buy a pack of cigarettes and of course was carded because it's the law! He's 46 so he said to the woman "your to kind", because of his age which is not uncommon for anyone to say. She replied with" yeah like it's my Chevron like I make the rules like I'm doing it just to fuck with you" my boyfriend replied "I think you misunderstood me I mean't it as a compliment" the woman said "you don't have to be so fucking rude! You know what I feel threatened get out of my store!" My boyfriend refused to leave and asked to speak with the manager! Which was no help she was also rude and sided with the employee and joined in picking my boyfriend apart and was then trying to sell him the tobacco. He walked out of the store wondering what in the hell happened. I only hope that this Yelp finds the owner of this store so they may make positive changes! This is a very busy Chevron I can't imagine how much business this store has lost due to the disrespectful employees. I work close by in the area of this Chevron so it's always been convenient for me, for gas, cigarettes, drinks, snacks, etc. Today I was told that I had to show my ID to get cigarettes.
