I have tried with this place but they have the lowest standards you have ever seen. Half the pumps are broken on any given day of the year. You have people fighting in the parking lot on a regular basis. They hire people who are literally drugged out of their mind, having conversations with the ceiling while turning self check out isles off so that you must wait in line 10-20 minutes or longer if your patient enough to do so I guess, just to then navigate a conversation you do not understand and which makes you feel uncomfortable. Go anywhere other than this location. Anywhere. 711 ... circle K.... QT has become the chic-fi-lay of gas stations with their service or ..... just go to a different RaceTrac but seriously...... This place gives those serious vibes in life that scream: something bad could happen to you here. Just go somewhere else for your own needs and safety.

It maintains a level of cleanliness and its shelves are stocked with the standard junk food items you would expect to find for any short roadtrip. Prices are decent for gas and food and beverage items are priced at a comparable rate found at other convenience stores. Staff are always found behind the counter ringing customers up. They are fast. They often have two credit card readers running at the same time. It is rare to find yourself in a line, and if you do, it is for only a few seconds - not minutes. They are one of the few stations that have a free air pump. Unfortunately, it is always busy! You do have to be careful driving and walking around this property because people are in a hurry and there is a lot of movement all of the time. I've noticed more homeless hanging out here lately. It's not a lot, but the presence of anyone loitering outside, sleeping on the concrete in the shade of the building, or coming up to me asking me for help or money does make me feel uneasy. I wish city services, social services, or churches in the area would help work to move these individuals into a better situation. Because of the recent panhandling and general busyness of this establishment, I tend to go to Costco instead, but I am thankful for this Quiktrip.

One guy pointed at me for his coworker to check me out and when that guy finally came to the register I was looking down at the counter or something and as I look up again the guy's just standing at the register hands in pockets like "either she sees me or she doesn't" I look up and ask "oh is that the register?" He goes "yeah" I'm pissed because I'm just standing for nothing lol so I just ask for $25 on 3 & a cigarillo. I'd left my ID in the car so when he asked if I had it I said "no" he just kinda shrugged, shook his head and threw it down like "dumb girl". I pay for the gas and leave to get my ID. As I'm walking towards the door I hear the cashier FULLY GREET the person in line behind me!!! All I got was a STANCE. BS. I come back with my ID for the cigarillo and the same huddle was happening as before and the same cashier came to check me out still no greeting - I requested a different cashier immediately he goes "why?" I said "because I don't like your attitude" he just walks off like a pissed off teenager. He was a racist and he didn't wanna be at work. I'm a black woman, the person in line behind me (so worthy of a greeting from Mr. Cashier) was white and so was the cashier. I'm hurt, I feel humiliated, I feel outcasted. QT is like the fricking Chic-fil-A of gas stations/convenience stores when it comes to customer service so idk who but someone needs to do an audit on the employees at this location.
