$4.33 for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline (in Las Vegas, Nevada)!…read more That's what I read on a sign as we drove into the shared parking lot of yet another Kohl's... My mom and my sister have been enjoying shopping during our vacation together. As we drove past various gasoline stations, I pointed out the prices at Rebel and Circle K. However, when I saw this Sinclair gasoline price, I asked them to remind me to fill up our tank after shopping. Note: we don't have any of these gasoline stations on the Island of O'ahu in Hawaii. This is a confusing place because the pumps are labeled with "Sinclair", but the convenience store attached to this property is 7-Eleven. I went inside 7-Eleven to pay cash for the $4.33 price. I told them my pump number, guessed the amount I would need, handed over some cash, and went out into the cold to fill up my gas tank. Thank goodness for this reasonable price! I went back into 7-Eleven and got my change! The service was very friendly and the interior was cheerful because of the peppy music! If you're in Northern Las Vegas, I highly recommend this gasoline station!

It really is Sinclair gasoline... With Dynocare!

Would be no stars if I could…read more I purchased a Labubu collectible from this business believing it was a genuine product. The exterior packaging appeared legitimate and included branding and a QR code directing customers to the official Pop Mart website. There was no indication before purchase that the item was anything other than authentic merchandise. It was only after opening the sealed box that it became apparent the interior packaging and the figure itself were not consistent with authentic products. Because the item was packaged as a blind box collectible, there was no reasonable way to inspect the contents before purchase. When I contacted the store to request a refund, the employee I spoke with stated that the item was fake but told me that management would not provide a refund. I was also not provided a receipt at the time of purchase. I am disappointed that a product presented as a genuine collectible could only be identified as counterfeit after opening the packaging, and even more disappointed that a refund was refused after I raised these concerns. Buyers should carefully inspect any collectible purchases and be sure to obtain a receipt.

I went into the car wash at 10 pm there was no sign and it was not blocked so I went in called like it said the guy said it closed at 6 I told him they need to have a sign to let people know it's closed he said they didn't have one I said he could block it with the black sign at car wash entrance I was fustrated and said how am I'm supposed to fucking get out I had trouble reversing my SUV he cursed back at me told me he didn't need to fucking listen to my bullshit and hung up after I got out he was outside smoking a cigarette I tried to apologize for my attitude and tell him they should block it he said for me to fuck off I told him where's his customer service and he threatened to call the cops for harassing him he said he been working 12 hours and don't have to listen to my shit. I was struggling to get out of your car wash and he was very rude read more

Car wash service is terrible. I've gone to this car wash so many times and paid for the "ultimate" wash. Every day between 9-5 there is supposed to be a service man who is outside the car wash entrance that will pre wash your car then hand dry it off. They are hardly ever around like they're supposed to be. I've even gone so far as to wait outside for them and call into the store to request they come out. They never show up. Out of ten times I go they might actually pre wash my car once. The actual machine that washes your car is fine... Good thing it's always there, only reason they're getting two stars. read more

Home Depot Gift Card and after I mailed it found out a used worthless Target Gift Card was inside. this store is also mostly self checkout and that can be frustrating. This store often does not stock sale items. Management and customer service is rarely available to solve problems. This store is not as clean as it should be and often is very cluttered. The cashier refused to bag the wine bottles and said my husband didn't ask nice enough....(guess she wanted a tip or a blow job?) Yesterday I was so happy for a second that a cashier was on. I saw someone at a register with a lit sign so I unloaded my groceries and the belt was moving. Then the cashier just decided to leave. I frequent this gas station often. It's got competitively low prices and it's very close to home…read more Until recently I've had zero complaints. The young man behind the counter seems less than thrilled to work here. He's never flat out rude but I've never seen him crack a smile. This is based off several interactions with him. I'll give him credit he does say "welcome in" when you enter. He might be having a tough time in life IDK, but not the friendliest employee's I've encountered at this location. My most recent visit was worth mentioning. I over estimated how much gas I needed to fill my tank. When I went back in to get the $4 and change put back on my card, the clerk told me it would automatically be refunded to my CC. I left and shame on me threw the receipt away. I checked my CC statement for the next few days and the refund was never issued. I had no proof of purchase so I couldn't go back and dispute it. Word to the wise SAVE your receipt if you over estimate at the pump and need a refund to your CC! Look I don't expect to be treated like I walked into a 5 star spa, but a simple smile and ability to responsibly refund people's hard earned money isn't too much to ask is it?

Which leads me to my main complaint. The store closing early. I love coming here for the cheap prices, especially gas but that's not all I buy and it doesn't help when the store is closed early. This happens weekly now, sometimes a few days out the week. I think Murphys needs to evaluate the pay scale to keep these employees employed so customers can come until the posted closing time. Not some sudden paper note posted and we have to go elsewhere. Not so convenient "convenience store." You guys make enough I'm sure, so let's get it together and do better.
