Very nice lady working here today 6/30/23. I think her name is Cynthia? I couldn't see the name tags very well. They have this lady working the cashier and stocking by herself. She saw me struggling to find my beverage and went into the back to find what I was looking for. She said they have her working at multiple locations. Terrible customer service by Brandon. My daughter went in to get $50 gas and was paying with a $100. He didn't even let her finish her sentence and he just said "NO". When I went inside to ask why I wasn't able to pay with $100 he said he doesn't have change. You have to be joking. He was rude and obnoxious the way he talks to you. Why the heck do I even write a review on a gas station? First of all, they don't pump my gas. They don't hand me my coffee. Heck, their video poker machines don't even let me win. This place is my first stop before work and sometime before I hit the city. Usually for coffee or an energy drink. But what sets this place above anyone in my book is their service. I'm always greeted when I walk in. If lines get long inside, they always manage to open another register. But even better, they once helped me when I locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car. They weren't allowed to let me use the phone inside, so one of the employees let me use his cell. He was even off and ready to go home, but was kind enough to wait until I got my calls in. (This is the gas and go convenience store & chevron gas station) Came in here for a month straight spending $14-25 daily; Last Friday I asked for a sandwich to be made; Maximo (Asian guy) was getting flustered and assisted 5 customers before me that walked in after myself; I grabbed my drinks and finally had enough terrible customer service, I placed my drinks on the counter and he at first refused to make my sandwich because there were two people behind myself; they politely inclined they would wait; to where he went on a belligerent rant telling me to go fuck myself and leave the store. I then came in today on Monday for the continuation of my routine to find the normal clerk and maximo both on duty today: I asked maximo why he told me to go fuck myself on Friday?!? The other clerk with a mullet then went on a belligerent verbal rampage himself; utilizing every profanity in the book, telling me to get the fuck out and became intolerant to work with... This review is in regards to the great customer service I received today from the car wash attendant Jordan. Unfortunately my SUV just died on me as I was in line for the carwash. I was stranded there for about two hours till the tow truck got there. In the mean time Jordan would check up on me to make sure I was okay and didn't need any further assistance, and offered me somthing to drink several times to make sure I wouldn't dehydrate in this desert heat. He then helped the tow truck driver get my vehicle on the truck. He was very friendly and polite, which helped me to remain calm through my whole frustrating experience. If I could give this zero stars I would. I purchased a car was here and left with a broken window. As I was pulling out I heard a loud noise and noticed my back window shattered. The man who worked at the car wash had also heard it and had seen the damage and had called the manager (Dianne). Once the manager had come out she immediately said it was because of the hot weather making the glass hot and their cold water in the car wash which made my window explode. She had instructed me to wait a few days for a call from their insurance company so that we could resolve this issue. I got a call and all they said was they were not going to pay because the car had damages from 6 months ago and that we were lying. I'm not certain that the damage caused to my window was because of cold air or something falling on my car but when we asked to see the cameras we were told no. And when we asked for a phone number to the car wash company we were told no, and we had to "trust" them to get a call back. read more
