The car wash is the worst !!!! 1/2 of the time it's not open and when it is open 9 times out of 10 it's not working properly & one must go inside the mini mart to seek assistance . Most of the time no employee is qualified to work with the car wash. I paid $12 day before yesterday & my car looks no better than when I entered the car wash !!! Waste of money & time !!! read more

Been using this gas station and car wash for a while but last few times car wash was barely working. Please get this in order as you are the highest priced car wash drive-through and the worst performing. Just need some proper maintenance and upkeep and I'm sure it will function well but as of now it is like spending $20 to have two people sneeze in your car. read more

This is usually my go-to gas station, the girls who work are friendly, huge selection of snacks and drinks, accessible to freeway. Men piss all over the toilet seats frequently (they need urinals for unisex bathrooms...), but that's not the stores fault. I don't go after 10pm or on weekends, as the guy who works those times is inappropriate and tries to push religion on people. Very unprofessional. read more

Horrible car wash. Just paid $18 to have grease dripped all over my wife's white Range Rover. Not impressed. I see other people had issues with the Carwash too which makes me wonder why on earth they haven't fixed it. There were three drops of grease on the windshield which of course smudged when I turned the wipers on. (I never imagined it was grease). There were also 3 drops of grease on the driver's side. TERRIBLE's screens at this location when you pump gas are INSANELY loud and annoying. You can't turn it off, and the ad's are obnoxiously repetitive. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and seeing. You cannot press the screen to stop the loud advertisements and it makes the annoyance of pumping gas way worse. Will be going to the Shell across the street from now on. Also the car wash is fine... but it is usually out of order. read more

This is a great gas station. It's clean, great store, nice employees, even bathrooms extremely clean and nice. I took a chance at the car wash, and given the past experiences, I shouldve known better. I PURCHASED THE BEST ONE FOR $18. MY REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THIS PARTICULAR ONE. BEWARE. IT IS TERRIBLE WASH. I don't expect the best being its a a gas station stall wash, but for $18!!? Please please save your money and go somewhere else. I'm posting this for others to be aware. Also, be aware it closes at 10pm. When you get gas the pump will prompt "car wash TODAY' I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING It, and it was closed. It shouldn't give an option to buy something and then not be able to use it. Pretty misleading. If I was local, it wouldn't be an issue, but there's not many of these in CA, and I live about an hour away. I saved my recipet, and finally made it back down, but attempted to redeem, and it was expired. Manager extememly rude. Oh and here's the kicker, I got charged TWICE. I've been getting gas from this place for a while. Last time I got gas I also purchased their $18 car wash. The receipt clearly states that I have until a certain date to get my car wash before it expires. The problem is their car wash has been out of order for a week so I called to ask for assistance on how I can get my money back if their car wash is not fixed by the exp date shown on my receipt. The woman working there was rude and said that I only have 7 days to get my car wash from the time I got my gas (which is not true - I have the receipt) and questioned me why I bought the car wash at the time I got my gas when the car wash is out of order (umm, it wasn't broken when I purchased it). She said that she's just a worker there and I need to come over and talk to her manager. This is not the way to run a business but clearly they don't care because people need to get gas regardless. But to mislead people and do a click and bait switch on people to buy their non-operating car wash service ahead of time and blame it on a customer is morally wrong. read more

Great location, friendly employees, open 24 hours, bags of ice available 24/7 ... sounds great, right? Well, NONE of their pumps have that little thingy that lets you pump gas without holding the pump on itself. So you have to stand there and watch as your money is slowly being taken away, penny by penny. I'd much rather be cleaning out my car or buying a drink inside. read more

It's in a very good spot for gas. People stop back and forth from work as well as those heading to and from the fashion island mall (located 3 blocks up the road.) Or going to the beach which is also a stones throw. Workers on lunch often take advantage of the 12 car customer parking lot which is covered by trees to give a nice breeze while they take quick siesta. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms also help the steady flow of patrons. You can find me there around lunch under a tree lol. read more

This station just completed a major renovation adding a car wash. Although the station looks great, the car wash is horrible. Of all the gas station car washes i have used, this one takes twice as long and does not get the job done. People waiting for the wash were out of their cars walking around it took so long and there were only two other cars in line with me. Do not use this car wash because your car will not get clean and you will waste more time than you expect for what should be a quick wash As an update: Against my better judgment, I tried this car wash again. After sitting out the expected long wait, I got to the machine to find that its credit card function was out of order and the "help" function was non responsive. So after the long wait I was forced to forego the car wash altogether. read more

My issue was resolved after some emails back and forth so I increased my star rating.

This review is in regard to the self-service car wash only. Terrible is the only word I can use to describe it. If your car is already clean, this place might work. However, we've had several days of rain which resulted in accumulated road splatter on the sides of my car, as well as on the wheels. I paid extra for the wheel cleaning option. After getting all the way through the wash I decided to take a few minutes to dry the wheels and any wet spots on the car. Sadly, the sides of the car and the wheels looked as if they hadn't been touched. In my opinion, it would have been a waste of time and money to run the car through a second time so I finished the job myself. It took me about 30 minutes to wipe the car down and to rewash and dry the wheels using water from their window cleaning bucket. I cannot recommend this car wash unless your car has only a minimum amount of dust on it. If your wheels have any degree of road grime or brake dust, go somewhere else. Otherwise you'll only be wasting your money. read more
