I asked for the manager and I said "do you see a problem here?" and manager says " no I have no idea about any problem " and I said "how about the long line why don't you hire more people to staff the store to increase your customer satisfaction? " I said it was unacceptable and he just shook his head and smiled at me. I miss the Rite Aid stores. The service was better. CVS is cheap on investing in the proper labor. Before waiting in line for checkout with the cashier, I tried the automated checkout. I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.

Anyway I go in there and tell him hey the check light is on can you tell me what's going on, so he pulls out his little computer, plugs it into the port, and 3 1/2 seconds later he says "there aren't any codes on, it was just a temporary thing everything's fine." So I'm like cool. And he said yeah, that'll be $179. I smiled at him. I'm like "really?" he smiled back and said I'm just *ing with you. Go home.
